I love Perkins. I found your staff to be very efficient and accommodating. The food was very good and served to us hot. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness. I sat in a booth with my daughter and grandson. The dividers between the booths and tables were filthy. They were very dusty and full of dried found and sticky fingers. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned for some time. I'm pretty lenient about a lot of things, but for a Perkins Restaurant I found that to be appalling, unappetizing and disappointing.
I notice flys in the muffin and pie case I told one the girls she didn't do nothing about it .After seeing that I through my muffins always.

We had the opportunity to eat at Perkins many times throughout our week long stay in Austin. The staff and management greeted us each time at the entryway with a smile and welcome back. The food was served very quickly and always fresh no matter the time of day. I have traveled quite a bit over the years for hockey and this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had.
