I love Perkins. I found your staff to be very efficient and accommodating. The food was very good and served to us hot. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness. I sat in a booth with my daughter and grandson. The dividers between the booths and tables were filthy. They were very dusty and full of dried found and sticky fingers. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned for some time. I'm pretty lenient about a lot of things, but for a Perkins Restaurant...
We had the opportunity to eat at Perkins many times throughout our week long stay in Austin. The staff and management greeted us each time at the entryway with a smile and welcome back. The food was served very quickly and always fresh no matter the time of day. I have traveled quite a bit over the years for hockey and this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
Great meal. Had a good meal and good service. Thank you for everything. Had a coworker from Taiwan try this place with me before we flew back to Texas and it didn't disappoint. Thanks.
