We had Piggy Blues cater our wedding this year. Josh was very helpful and easy to work with through the whole process. I contacted him a year before the big day to get a quote. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even during fair season). The price was surprisingly reasonable for how good it was! Josh and one of his employees came out to our venue, set up the food, and were there the whole hour in case one of our guests needed assistance or food needed to be refilled. After dinner was over they packaged all the leftovers up for us. We ordered the shredded pork and chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes, and green beans with bacon. The food was amazing, all of our guests raved about it! One of our guests said "if the meat was on a bone it would have fallen off it was so tender and juicy." Also, those mashed potatoes and green beans were some of the best I've had. We froze the leftover meat and are still eating it, and it is still amazingly delicious! I can't recommend them enough for any event or even just stopping in to have lunch.

I love Peggy blues food, but I'm very disappointed at how lately whenever I called the waitresses act like you're bothering them and when you decide to order even though they say it'll be a little bit of a wait they get snotty with you. I've talked to other people who say the same thing. It's too bad because the food is great and I haven't been going as much just because of the waitresses. Maybe the owners will see this and get to the bottom of why they don't like to take orders over the phone and why they are rude to you when you are ordering. Also, I came in to get gelato one day. And one of the waitresses said right in front of me see we shouldn't have posted that now they're just coming in for gelato.

We had Piggy Blue's cater an appreciation lunch for our crew and it was awesome! We had pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, baked beans (the best baked beans I've ever had!), roasted potatoes and cornbread. Everything was great! Josh even boxed up the leftovers for us to have. He was great to work with, very easy and responded quickly. Highly recommend!
