We had Piggy Blues cater our wedding this year. Josh was very helpful and easy to work with through the whole process. I contacted him a year before the big day to get a quote. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even during fair season). The price was surprisingly reasonable for how good it was! Josh and one of his employees came out to our venue, set up the food, and were there the whole hour in case one of our guests needed assistance or food needed to be refilled....
Some of the best BBQ you'll find in the midwest hands down. It is very flavorful, good portion sizes and prices are great as well. I always stop when in the area to grab some food here.
