My daughter ordered a Pizza that did not arrive. We called to get a refund the next morning. Gentleman told us if we wanted a refund he would need approval. They called and left a message stating we could not get a refund since we did not call the same day. It was the last delivery of the day so we were not able to. Our only option was to go in and pick up a puzza. This is the second time this has happened. Delivery guy says he delivered it but he did not. You can see the driver on the app and he never was even in the area. I would not recommend this location for delivery service.

Shawn(GM) is my dude. I have nostalgia every time I order the family size(L) ooey gooey cheesy stuff crust pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños. Always order ahead, I say, and then eat it there. I wish the delivery drivers would do something more than just deliver pizza. Some of them look like they need a lesson in food safety and hygiene. I grew up in the food industry, plus made and delivered pizza a year of my life, so I don't mind saying it. When it's a dog eat dog world inside the workplace, I don't enjoy it. Retrain the drivers, and then this place could be flawless.

Gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Waste of money. Ordered pizza for delivery and it took an hour and a half to receive barely room temperature pizza. Called them to see why it was taking so long and got a list of excuses about not having drivers, etc. The driver told me he waited half an hour for my food to be released for him to deliver and he was through door dash. Ended up throwing away a bunch of the food because we found hair embedded in the crust so definitely wasn't from us. Contacted customer service online and was told I would be contacted in 3 days with a resolution to these issues but instead received a coupon for a free pizza to use within 30 days like I want to eat there again anytime soon. For the price I paid I could've gotten better food and service somewhere else.

My son and I ordered a large pizza and two glasses of water. We were never told we would be charged as if we ordered sodas until bill arrived. We paid five dollars for 3 sips of water that we would have done without if we had been told up front it would cost same as soda. Be cautious of extra charges like this!

Called placed an order for delivery and added a tip to the credit card for the driver. 35 minuets later they call and say there is no driver that thy will refund my card within 5 to 7 days and i can come pick the order up if i still want it but they will half to charge my card again for 43.00 Not everyone has 90.00 laying in there bank to pay for your mistake when you are hungry. Also they refused to give the number to corporate or head management. Would not recommend this store to anyone be warned if your hungry and short on cash they will make you regret it and cause you stress..

The person who answered the stated they do door dash deliveries now and door dash doesn't deliver until the evening. He stated he calls people when delivery orders come in. He didn't call our number. Don't trust the app. They do t do delivery anymore and door dash always delivers not just at night.

Not worth the hype. We tried the stuffed crust with 5 ingredients beef, Italian sausage, fresh mushrooms, green olives and onions. The toppings are very sparce. The onions are big slices, the green olives are so thin they shrivel to nothing once baked. The crust had no flavor even with cheese inside.Pizza Hut used to be such a good pizza. We drove 20 miles to try it but the pizza hut we remembered was definitely not the same.

Good pizza but don’t bother dining in-staff never seem to know what to do with you when you decide to dine in. Once you get your food you never see them again for the bill, have to go up to the counter. Tonight we dined in and placed a to go order as well with our waitress at our table once our dine in food arrived. We figured the to go order would be ready by the time we finished eating and it’d be perfect. We received our dine in order/placed the to go order at 6:20, we sat there until 7:20 never seeing our waitress again. Finally we went up to the counter where we found out our order had been done and was sitting in the warmer for probably at least half an hour. The waitress didn’t even apologize when we said we assumed our second order would be brought out to us or we’d at the very least be informed it was ready when we were ready to leave. Also we received a medium pizza when it was supposed to be a large and a 8 piece wing when it was supposed to be 16. Very disappointing experience overall.
