Semed like they could of kept up on the chicken better some of the hot thinks could of been hotter and stired a little more so it dont look dryed out thats my opion chicken Was very good I do like coming when I get a chance I wil be back

I came to the store at 1 o'clock for my daughter's birthday party, when we walked in we were told the room we had originally booked, because I had disabled family members who needed more space, was not available and we where given a tiny room . When I went to talk to the manager Keith about it he was disrespectful and rude , was not helpful at all he didn't do anything to help me. He also got in my face and snapped at me . I also heard and saw him being disrespectful and snapping at other staff members in front of a large group of people to the point where he had to be brought over were customers couldn't see him , this is not the first time I have had issues with this manager , or the first time that he has snapped at other employees in front of customers , I honestly think this guy should be fired !!
My family usually visits on Sundays after church. Every time we are there everyone is so polite and friendly. One person in particular that stands out was Keith Smith. He che ked on our table several times as he did to almost every table. The food bar was well stocked and looked fresh. Was a good dining experience.

Our family was on a little day trip which ran a bit long. We got to Austin a little before 8 and stopped at Pizza Ranch. The staff let us know that they would not be adding anything to the buffet but there was still plenty of fresh food available. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kids got to play in the arcade for a bit which they enjoyed thoroughly. I have stopped here before and it has always been a good experience.
