I don't feel that when I go out to eat that I should be forced to listen to church music. I will go to Mason City before I go back to Austin. Food was great and fresh but the atmosphere sucked.
No salad, no chicken, no pizza. Couldn't keep up with the people. Not sure what I paid for. The chicken nuggets were cold.

The chicken is hit and miss. Some times it cooked just right, other times over cooked, this weekend was slightly under cooked. The boneless wings are really good. Always love the salad bar.

Ordered food online. Once we got home and started eating we noticed our biscuits were raw and not even cooked like how disgusting. We also got chicken and it was only cooked maybe 2 seconds cause its was still raw inside also. The mashed potatoes smelled horrible. They smelled rotten and had me almost gagging. And to top it off the gravy was chunky. Not sure how this is even remotely ok. We won’t be back. Just another establishment ruined for us to go enjoy here in Austin.

Pizza ranch is just so fun . Delicious chicken potatoes and that lovely gravy just very good. And the prices are very 👍 good
I took my family to pizza ranch earlier this evening for the buffet. The entire experience was disgusting. The tomato's in the salad bar were rotten, the tongs for the potato crisps were covered in gravy on the handle the entire time I was there, and there was 8 trays of cookies on the dessert bar. Half of them were only half full and some of the trays looked really old. Again, this was never fixed while I was there. The rest of the food was just an overall mess on the salad bar as well. I went to the register to inform the staff that their food bars seemed to need a little cleaning up, but I stood at the register for about 5 minutes. A large group of people came in waiting shortly after I got to the register. After a couple minutes of waiting I finally noticed someone bussing tables and I just went to tell her that they might need someone at the register because there was a lot of people waiting. I never ended up saying anything because she didn't seem to have many people helping her. My daughter also went to use the restroom and it was so gross she just turned around and walked out. We were quite disappointed and even disgusted with our experience here.

DO NOT BOOK a party package with them! Unless you want to run around and do all the work and still pay $200 dollars. No communication, no help, no one checked in. Next time I'll just host my own party and order dominos. It would be cheaper and quicker for sure

Will not be returning to Pizza Ranch in Austin again! Saturday 10/12/24 attended a child birthday. First the cost for a Sr discount was $17+ for pizza & chicken! at lunch! It was 12:20 the gravy was out, the corn was out, the iced tea was out, lettuce was wilted & salad bar was disgustingly dirty, one of the pizzas was a pile of stuff - looked like a pile of leftover/eaten! Place was packed & only 1 cleaning tables! Sorry but you've lost this customer!

This location is better than the first one we tried. A little pricey for decent food but it's fun and you can request a pizza to be added to the buffet. Silverware was dirty
