My family usually visits on Sundays after church. Every time we are there everyone is so polite and friendly. One person in particular that stands out was Keith Smith. He che ked on our table several times as he did to almost every table. The food bar was well stocked and looked fresh. Was a good dining experience.

Our family was on a little day trip which ran a bit long. We got to Austin a little before 8 and stopped at Pizza Ranch. The staff let us know that they would not be adding anything to the buffet but there was still plenty of fresh food available. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kids got to play in the arcade for a bit which they enjoyed thoroughly. I have stopped here before and it has always been a good experience.

Made an online order...it placed it for the next day for some reason because I didnt hit anything to indicate I wanted it tomorrow. Came in no pizza, it for some reason put it in tomorrow. Upset but kept my cool and said to the apparently deaf person behind the counter to make it. Wait 20 minutes outside, came back in he didnt even recognize me and when I asked for the pizza said I didnt say I wanted it. No apologies no nothing just walked away. Now I have to go back online and cancel my order because he cant do anything about it. Sent in the person who ordered it still no apologies or anything from him. First time there last time there.

I wanted to give a shout out to Pizza Ranch for their community involvement. I love their tip nights and how they get adults and children alike evolved and volunteering, and providing for community needs and events. Although, I was disappointed when I was in eating the other day to hear a lady let’s just call her “Karen” need I say more. Losing her ever loving mind over a Volunteering to put a couple plates in a boxing cart. She ranted, she raved, and made threats at staff about turning them in. Everything that came out of her mouth was a complaint about Something she saw a negative way or some warped view of how she saw it. I think it shows a character of this restaurant to be able to be so kind to provide service to people like that and still be respectful. I honestly wish they could just tell them they can’t eat there. why mess up the environment of a great restaurant!

For the price, it's pretty good! There are many options. The desert section is one of the best parts!
