Haven’t been in a while due to incorrect orders and poor food. Gave it another try and was disappointed again. Food was cold, rice was hard and my sauce/salsa was forgotten again. Not impressed. Atmosphere seems to be clean though and staff has been fine.

Usually when I order just for myself and my best friend it is perfectly fine. Delivery for just myself is terrible - the last two times I ordered a drink and never recieved said drink, never complained because shit happens and y'all are overworked and underpaid. Tell me why my bowl came in UPSIDE DOWN in the bag this time??? I got the drinks finally, but what the hell! The napkins dissolved into my food and I am still so hungry I'm gonna eat it, but come on!!!
Was told to get a refund through doordash and when I called them, they said it was on Qdoba so they filled out a form requesting a refund. If this isn't resolved, I'm calling my bank.

Stacked that burrito up with some of the best toppings I’ve ever put in my mouth! Eating it while writing this review, great burrito!
Ordered nachos with the chips on the side. They filled the bowl half full of rice and put half a scoop of cheese sauce on top of the rice. Had to ask for the right amount of cheese sauce. Still an hour from closing, and they were out of white rice, black beans. Only one pop machine was functioning, and that one was out of about half of the flavorings.

I love the food here at the Austin MN place and employees are very helpful. There is one employee that is a young girl with a nose ring who is super aggressive and pushy. Very rude and she needs to have more experience in her customer service skills. Like I said young blonde girl with a nose ring. Bossy and rude. Change the attitude and don’t splatter food all over because you are trying to push me out of the way.
