Well-kept facility. Average service. Flavorful salad, although I don't know how to explain...it was a bit "juicy" for a lack of better terms. Prices reasonable. If you're used to or expecting food or experience like Chipotle, it's apples and oranges comparison. It's worth giving them a try. Drink machines have excellent variety and options.
The manager is very rude. I have witnessed her being rude to the employees, and on a separate occasion I have just asked a question and she was acting as if I annoyed her. I have heard the manager was very rude from several people around town. The other workers are friendly.
