Ordered online. They were out of the hot honey sauce, so they just made the sandwich without it. I don't blame the workers, I blame the app and owner for not updating that they're out of a product and apparently just instructing the staff to make the sandwiches without it. No option to request a refund on the app, either.

Wow. I would highly avoid this location. Updated and all but the customer service is AWFUL! The guy kept asking me what I wanted even after tellitelling him then a bunch of loud noises in the speaker

Pulled up to the drive thru and no one ever took my order. The mic was on and I could hear random conversations through the speaker. I tried to get them to hear me, but no one did. Ended up driving around to the window and sat there for 5-10 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Ended up going inside. The sub just wasn’t great and the portions left much to be desired.

The food was good, but the experience at the drive-thru could have been smoother. The woman taking my order seemed inexperienced, as she asked some unusual questions and there were long, awkward pauses where I wasn’t sure how to proceed. When it came to the sandwiches, they were poorly assembled. For instance, on one sandwich, two ingredients were placed unevenly across the bread. My sandwich had meat, lettuce, and sauce, but the sauce was oozing out everywhere. While she was friendly, her lack of confidence and unusual questions like asking if I wanted the meat and cheese toasted at the same time, made it feel like an off day for her. It’s possible she was new, but I’d be hesitant to return if I hear her voice again, though I mean no offense to her personally, just her sandwich-making skills and drive-thru service.

ordered delivery on doordash and it gave me and my bf food poisoning, had to leave work throwing up everywhere and also an ER visit because of how much pain i was in. i heard the last manager ann would tell employees to cut off mold from the veggies. i heard she was fired, so i thought i could trust the 4st subway again unfortunately, i won’t be eating subway anymore.

Still 1 star. Online order requested toast and commented to double toast.. guess what not toasted at all
Friendly staff at this location. I also appreciate that Subway sends coupons frequently in the mail - I almost always have one whenever I visit!

I ordered for a pick up and they were completely out of bread, I didn't even get a phone call or conformation that they had canceled my order, I went to the store to pick up when it said it would be ready and they told me they called and canceled my order because they didn't have any bread. I was in store they had a ton of bread and they told me they can't use that bread. What type of service is this sorry will take ur money and not tell u anything untill u pick up. Frankly they shouldn't have run out of bread for how many people they serve. I wouldn't come back.
