Paying for cheese separately for olays seems excessive. Up sales could be adjusted. Staff inside at counter just look at you and wait. They should be engaging asking if they can answer your questions about the menu or would you like to order.

Sad to see the way managers treat their employees. Was there around 2:10pm when the nice lady was about to hand us our food the manager came up yelling at the girl and made her give us the wrong food then started yelling at my mom when we just wanted a quick fix saying she “knows” what she gave us then finally admitted she was wrong when all we were trynna do was eat honestly just feel bad for the employees that have to listen to that their whole shift

Boss burrito super good! always made by my favorite netza! Also I never have to wait long at all. Because I'm a regular they pretty much know my order by heart. Including my name ? I'm kind of a clean freak as well and this place meets my standards especially for a fast food chain. Thank you to all of the crew.

Went through the drive thru and couldn’t understand the kid (Jason d. Per receipt) taking my order and said what sauce I wanted instead of the drink. He was rude and had an attitude that came through very clearly. This continued at the window as well. I work in fast food as well as a manager and I would not be happy if I heard an employee talk to a customer like this. The food was great and fresh but Jason killed my vibe. Calm down Jason.

Very hit or miss, seems like breakfast cooks don’t even try to make the food well. Saw one guy come in from smoking and not even wash his hands but put gloves on to cook. Loud glasses girl also doesn’t wash her hands. Need more training. Night shift dudes always hit it out of the park though. Very friendly staff for the most part
