We came to this place on Sunday 9/21/25 experience very poor service from the young lady waitress who see us coming in in set down at a table we ordered some food and drinks and it took forever to get it the chips were very old stale

I cannot say enough about the incredible team at Shady's Sunset Bay and the unforgettable Celebration of Life reception they created for my mother. From the moment we began planning, they showed compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help us honor her memory in a meaningful way.
They graciously met with our family before opening hours to plan every detail of the event. Their warmth and understanding made a difficult time feel more manageable, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully prepared and enjoyed by all our guests.
What truly stood out was the staff. Every person we encountered was kind, hardworking, and sincerely dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed. They weren’t just doing a job—they clearly cared, and that made all the difference.

They have THC drinks on tap and Mitchell gave us boozey ice cream. Food is awesome and they almost always have Baywatch on one TV. Friendly service, great atmosphere and my wife dominates the horse races…and she’s aggressive, so watch your step. Potties are clean and they have great music.

Went to bingo tonight, had some snow and Mitch the guy that manages the place was shoving paths to some of the elders cars and helping brush off cars. Stand up guy and staff will be back!!
