Our server was great. Owner not so much….told us we should go to another restaurant.
Worst restaurant experience we have ever had!!! We placed an order for a couple of appetizers and our daughter ordered wings. We had ordered the nachos with the pico and sour cream on the side, but everything game out in small containers on the side. Once we assembled our nachos and were able to eat them…the chips were soggy. We told the waitress they were soggy. They then brought us out new chips only…ridiculous! Barbie & I had the best time celebrating my bachelorette at the Rusty Nail! We especially enjoyed the fantastic bartenders, exceptional customer service and awesome live music! We partied til we couldn’t party anymore 💕

The Rusty Nail is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and hang out. It is one of the few places in Battle Lake that many will return to, especially since most other restaurants in town are closed on Mondays. The loaded french fries with pulled pork and Gouda cheese, as well as the onion rings, are must-tries. The cheese balls, though larger than expected, have a lot of cheese in each bite. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all guests, with attentive service even when the restaurant is busy. The prices are reasonable, allowing for a full meal and drinks for under $45. Overall, The Rusty Nail is a welcoming place with great food and service, perfect for a casual meal out.
