“Brian and his staff went above and beyond during our stay at River Bend's Resort. We suffered a significant boating incident while getting caught in a storm on Lake of the Woods. When Brian had noticed our boat was not in the slip, he began calling to check in on us. Fortunately, we were safe, but very cold and wet. Brian drove his personal vehicle as close to shore as he could and gave my cousin and I a ride back to the resort to warm up. Long story short, Brian and his staff did everything in his power to ensure we were safe and enjoyed our stay despite our boating incident.“
