When you undercooked the rice consistently and don't quality check it ever,you end up losing customers. It's the base for every burrito, the easiest thing in the burrito to cook, and yet this place never seems to care about the quality. Also, don't waste your time asking for extra anything, they almost never give you any.Again, rice shouldn't be crunchy. Avoid this place,

Filthy! Food and trash all over the floor. Garbages were overflowing. Ive given this place numerous chances but will not be returning to this location ever! Employees walk around stepping over trash.

Its a hit or a mis if your getting a decent Boriti for the standard price. The Latin lady always wants to chatge double meet. And some guys ,bless there hearys try and get me a full borito. Bless

It's a Chipotle, if you've eaten at one, you've at them all, right?! Same food, with great Chipotle quality, and it's always good. New employees being trained tonight, so we had a very tolerable short wait in line for service.

I stopped in to get food since some recent reviews claimed it was good, and sad to say I walked right out without dinner. I get that I came in shortly before closing time, but there is still no excuse for them having mixed other food grossly in their black beans. The steak also was covered in queso and other ingredients, looking like it was garbage. And this review is coming from someone who has worked in food service before... I told them it was disgusting and they acted like they could care less. Don't go here!

Love the food, but when you call the store, you’re connected to a customer service agent that isn’t even at the store that you’re calling to talk to the people at the store?!?! What why I wanna talk to the people who are making my food.. not some customer service agent!!!! Was gonna add to my order but guess not.

Still one of the good ones, feels mostly like old chipotle. I had no issues with skimping, quality, out of stock ingredients, or wrong orders like MANY other locations I've been to.Please don't lower your standards! You're doing everything right!

I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour and a half for a chipotlane order and still haven’t gotten very far. My order still says that it’s just confirmed. Absolutely horrible that it takes this long. I absolutely don’t recommend this place at dinner time. Such a waste of time.
