Looks like this Chipotle has had problems opening on time in the past and that's what happened today. I was there at 11:10 and the doors were still locked and it looked like all of the chairs were still on the tables inside. Several people tried to get in while I waited and cars were stacked in the drive thru. If this happens why not put a sign on the door to let people know what's going on instead of just not saying anything. Very frustrating. Not sure why that keeps happening!
Food was a mess. No one smiles. The dining room was really icky.
Picked up dinner. Unfortunately their online ordering wasn’t working. It was super busy, the Employees were very kind - unfortunately they rung up the wrong protein and I didn’t notice until later. Food still tasted great!

However, there have been some complaints about missing ingredients in delivery orders and inconsistent portion sizes, particularly with the desired amount of meat in burritos. The staff works hard to put meals together, but more attention to detail when preparing orders would be appreciated by customers.
