I'm a bit back and fourth regarding caribou. It has got so darn expensive so I seldom grab a coffee anymore. At times the service is so slow!...Even when you order ahead. 2 weeks ago I went through drive-thru and it was so darn slow I ended up taking a phone call. A employee finally comes on the speaker and says "I can take your order when you're finished with your phone call." It was the way he said it and his tone that I found incredibly rude. They were so busy doing them drive-through orders that while I was sitting there, ordering a regular coffee of the day probably the cheapest priced item on the menu from my mobile app and then I just waited to see how long it would take them to say my name for my ol cup of Joe and let’s just say I got distracted on social media on my phone and then when I looked at the time at least 15 minutes past. If not more so I don’t know I guess draw your own conclusion

I don't care for their credit card holder. Asking if you want to tip is the only reason it's still used. I pay about 20% more for the same drink than a year ago. Your new starting wages are in you. They make enough for the level of work they do. Stop asking for more
