About Caribou Coffee

Caribou Coffee has mixed reviews regarding its service and offerings. Some customers have experienced slow service, with waits of 15 minutes or more to receive their orders, even during daily visits. The drive-thru has also faced criticism for its slowness, prompting some customers to take phone calls while waiting. The removal of popular items, such as apple blast and donuts, has disappointed regular customers. High prices and rudeness from some employees have also been noted. However, there are positive comments about the regular coffee of the day, which is reportedly the cheapest item on the menu. The establishment is clean, and the music volume is appropriate for a coffee shop. Customers appreciate the vegan options available, including bagels, fruit shakers, Just Egg breakfast sandwich, and blueberry almond overnight oats. Recent reviews highlight that the staff can be friendly and helpful, and the drinks are made to perfection. One customer mentioned that despite some tired or bored staff, the baristas' efforts, like a dark chocolate drink made by a friendly worker with pink hair, made up for any disappointment. Overall, the coffee shop has room for improvement in terms of speed, product availability, and customer service. Some employees have been praised for their helpfulness, with instances where drinks were remade and free drinks offered due to mistakes.
