I ordered a breakfast sandwich over the app. My friend went to pick it up, told it wasn’t there & I didn’t order it. I sent a pic of the receipt & they said it wasn’t their address which it was & she got sent to another caribou in town. Long story short my friend went on a wild goose chase & o never got my sandwich.

Consistently HORRIBLE service. The manager could not figure out how to use my free size upgrade coupon, so he became very argumentative (it was a value of 30cents, by the way.) Finally he said, oh fine I'll just honor it. I guess he thought he'd get the last laugh by filling my cup only 3/4 of the way? I bet he's not laughing anymore at his 1 star review.

First, I stood by the register for a few minutes without being greeted or acknowledged (I might’ve heard someone yell that someone would come in a sec, but I don’t even know if she was talking to me because she didn’t look at me and wasn’t near the counter).They advertise bagels pretty heavily but when I asked for one, they were pretty rude about not having them. First, they said the ovens were off (30 minutes before close??), then when I said I didn’t mind if it was un-toasted, she said “We don’t have any. Like, I threw them all away,” in a pretty unfriendly tone. Not to mention, 30 minutes is pretty early to throw bagels away at a Caribou+Einstein brothers. I don’t think it takes a long time to throw something away, so it’s not like it would’ve kept them late to get rid of them at 6. Additionally, why tell that to a customer trying to order a bagel?? I used the restroom and it wasn’t very clean and my drink is fine but probably not as good as Starbucks. If you want caribou, go to the other one that’s like a mile away.
