Slow service consistently
Food comes out better if not the best of all the bells I've been to, however the drive through is atrocious. Going for a month and usually wait in the drive through for 30 minutes.
Literally always busy and the workers are still extremely nice which is amazing. The food is so so good ngl

Customers have praised the staff's kindness, such as when a worker brought an order outside to customers in an ambulance who were unable to fit in the drive-thru. However, some customers have expressed disappointment when their requests for extra taco sauce or other customizations were not met. The atmosphere was quiet, and the noise level is usually not up there. The service was great. Taco Bell here in Baxter has really turned it around! They went from making you wait to even give your order at the window for 5-10 min, to taking orders right away and giving it to you in a normal time frame. Something has really turned around here recently. If the kitchen took just a few extra seconds to make sure the food was cooked right, this place would easily rate higher. When there’s a wait, it feels like a coin toss — sometimes the food comes out decent, other times it’s underwhelming. The veggie pizza arrived not hot at all, sorta cool. Consistency is key, and that’s where this place struggles.
