Where do I even begin? This place is an absolute train wreck, both in terms of the food they serve and the way they treat their employees. Let me break it down for you:First off, my poor boyfriend is stuck working here while he waits to escape to a better job. But instead of understanding his situation, they're writing him up for calling out – even when it's for legitimate reasons! Like that time there was a freakin' blizzard outside and we couldn't even leave our driveway because it was so dangerous. We live next to not one, but two lakes, so risking our lives just to make it to a Taco Bell shift is out of the question. Then there was the funeral incident. A man lost his life in a tragic accident during those same awful weather conditions. My boyfriend needed to be there to support our community, but they still gave him grief for it.And don't even get me started on my pregnancy. I'm 39 weeks in, practically ready to pop, and experiencing contractions. Of course, my boyfriend called out to be with me during this crucial time, and they still had the nerve to give him a hard time about it.But it's not just the way they treat their employees – their customer service is abysmal too. They only care about their precious drive-thru times, so if you dare to order more than a few items, they'll make you wait at the speaker until they're good and ready to take your order. It's like they think your time isn't valuable. And good luck trying to dine in! They randomly close the inside whenever they feel like it, leaving you with no choice but to go through the drive-thru. And even if you go inside, there's no guarantee they'll actually make your food until you complain about the wait. There was a customer that had waited 45 minutes for her food when she went inside the store. Also when looking up the Baxter, MN Taco Bell, I stumbled upon a plethora of negative reviews, but one in particular left me utterly shocked. There was a video circulating in 2019 of a deaf man attempting to place his order at the drive-thru window, understandably unable to use the speaker. But instead of accommodating him, the employee at the window flat-out refused to take his order, citing some absurd "company policy" that prohibits taking orders at the window. Which he could’ve went inside the store, but knowing that Taco Bell the inside was probably closed. That's blatant discrimination, plain and simple. It's just another glaring example of the abysmal treatment customers and employees alike receive at this establishment. It's as if they go out of their way to make everyone's experience as miserable as possible. This place is a disgrace, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.Oh, and did I mention they shortchanged my boyfriend on his paycheck? Yeah, they conveniently "forgot" to pay him for all the hours he worked, and when he brought it up, they just shrugged and said they'd fix it on the next paycheck. Real helpful when you're about to have a baby and have bills to pay.And don't even get me started on their cleanliness standards. Apparently, they only bother to clean up when corporate comes around to inspect. So who knows what kind of gross stuff is lurking in the back?Honestly, I could go on and on about this place, but I'll just say this: it's a complete dumpster fire. Save yourself the headache and avoid it at all costs – even if you're desperate for a taco fix, Taco Johns would be a better business to support. Trust me, it's not worth it.

Whoever is working at the brainerd/baxter Taco Bell right now, at 2:15 on thursday April 11th, assembling the tacos, I just want you to know how wonderful you are. The way you put together my no cheese, add onion and add potato crunchy taco has brought a smile to my face unlike I've felt in a long time. I am truly in awe of your skills, you put the potato UNDER THE MEAT, I've never had someone treat me so beautifully before. I love you

Wait time anywhere from 10 min to 25 min and they always mess up the order. Chalupa shells always hard. Can hear them messing around and making rude comments to there “friends” about people waiting in line. Always at least 3 people in the store but only ever see one working others standing around or messing around.

Ordered 3 items 04/24/24Between the three tacos I got there was MAYBE one scoop of meat divided among all three virtually no cheese 80% lettuce.Chalupa complete uncooked I was eating a veggie flatbread.Called for a refund and was told by Christina the manager I’d have to come back into the store I paid with a card and obviously have my receipt.I refuse to drive an hour, and every POS since 2000 can refund without the physical card. I’d rate it zero if I could, pathetic food and even worse customer service 0/10.

Garbage food for ludicrous prices. They always forget 1 item without fail. It's not hard to put the right food in a bag, I know because I've worked ff. My quesadilla had no sauce on it either, love eating a dry quesadilla with some pieces of plastic chicken ?

Amaya is who was on drive-thru when I stopped by for lunch today, what an AWFUL experience! It's called a smile? It's called don't slam the door in my face without saying anything? That 4 minute stop shouldn't have made me as mad as it did but small things can ruin a day. Next time I see her working I'm going to tell her she is not meant for customer service if that's how she is.

I've never had a problem with Taco Bell until today.Check the food at the pick up window before you drive away.I ordered Doritos Loco Supreme tacos and recieved plain hard shell tacos.I ordered a stacker and recieved another plain hardshell taco inside a soft tortilla. There wasn't any cheese on the gordita crunches. There was also something bone hard in the cinnamon twists. What the heck???Around between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m on Feb 3.No long lines.
