Good people nice atmosphere and the best part you are helping our veterans. I am a veteran but because they had the dates I couldn't join. But my dad Wes a veteran so I joined as a son of a veteran because he was a prisoner of war in Germany for around 17 month's and never talked about it and most of them didn't. 5 years after I got out is ask me if I thought I could handle some nasty stories I said what is it I want someone to keep the what the Germans did to us....
Nothing better than the good old fashioned American Legion! Serving veterans in the community! The fish fry on Friday was SUPER awesome! You got 3 pieces of fish, green beans, cheesy hash browns (which were my favorite and so yummy), and a dinner roll from for around $12. Best deal in town! Bingo was also very fun! It was a $20 buy-in for about 10 games or so, (I can't remember the exact number of Bingo games you got in your packet). Lots of fun! Great drink prices at the...
Right after doing a flagg ceremony the veterans their invited us boy scouts over for some pops and we sat their for about an hour listening to stories and enjoying some pops after an hour or two of placing flags in the sun
