This spot is my favorite. I visit many restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The team is very friendly and the cuisine they place on your table is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a good meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

Great food. Service was slow but they did have a large banquet going on and no extra staff. I look forward to them moving to New Richmond WI in the next couple of weeks! Will visit often!

Anniversary vacation included dinner here. Friendly and courteous staff. Paid attention to all their guests. Food and drinks were perfect.

Amazing cheese board appetizer and crab cakes. Top shelf drinks. I had the jumbalya very delicious and my wife had the fish n chips again delicious. And the key lime pie was the the best. Mike our server was great and knew his wines greatly appreciated. We had a great time

Bartender at Mallards was very talkative and patient as we pondered the greatness of which tap beer to swell. The restaurant was large and airy just what you would expect for a river front building. Menu was mostly fish type items at prices one would expect for a 4 star restaurant. I'm sure your experience here will be memorable.

I am not happy at all as it's been two weeks and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for being double billed from my account. The waitress took someone else's bill from my account without telling me. Then took my bill from my account. I learned of it on my own 3 days later while reconciling my account. Contacted Bjorn who assures me that it had been put back in my account that day and would show up after the Labor Day holiday. Turns out that was a lie. Because it's been 2 weeks and it still hasn't been returned to my account. Called back today and spoke with Nick who says they'll take care of it. We'll see..... I wouldn't trust this place with my credit cards.

We had a group of 20 come for a birthday party. The servers did a fantastic job and the food was well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. The lobster roll was one of the best I have ever had.

Service was friendly, but attentiveness was tepid. Food prices were pretty steep, but the service, atmosphere, and food quality did not match the cost. Not once were we offered or asked if we'd like beverage refills (not something a guest wants to always be nagging a server for, especially when the place isn't at all busy), the ceiling was filthy with dust and cobwebs by the vents, and my cannelloni came out lukewarm. There were also employees working in athletic shorts, hoodies, and using phones in front of guests. The meal's flavor was overall pretty good, but for the prices the menu commanded and for claiming to be the “best seafood” in the area, I would have expected a little closer attention to detail all around at a place like that.
