Manager Megan, handed me my bag of food with a large fry that wasnt even half full after charging me full price and they were old and all 3 of my burgers were smashed for some reason would not recommend.

Ari is the best employee this restaurant has. She should be the manager. She's been there for years. She's friendly. She knows how to solve any issues and does so effectively. She is phenomenal. Definitely deserves a raise.

Service is very slow. Always have to pull forward to the “pick up” area and wait at least 5-10 minutes to receive food. Wish it was more efficient.

I walked into McDonald’s with one simple dream: tacos. And guess what? They absolutely, undeniably, 100% did not have tacos. Not even one. Zero tacos. My disappointment was immeasurable… until I smelled the fries. Then suddenly my loyalty returned like a boomerang dipped in salt.
Even without tacos, McDonald’s still delivers the goods. The fries are iconic, the McChicken is basically a hug in sandwich form, and the ice cream machine—shockingly—was actually working that day. A true holiday miracle.
Would I still love a McTaco? Absolutely. Will I keep coming here anyway? You bet. Because nobody does “we don’t sell tacos, but here’s some fries that will change your life” quite like McDonald’s. 10/10, would come back to not get tacos again.

Customer service is great but service itself is horrible. Was missing two fries and three nuggets from my order! And even had me pull forward and wait for fries. Smh (family of 5)

I just love this McDonald's and the manager Megan is such a big help the other day I was having troubles with the app and she came up biggest smile on her face ready to help me and I could tell her coworkers were just as amazing I will continue to go to this McDonald's

Corporate made it that if you use the app and sign up (direct quote from the website) “You and McDonald’s agree that any dispute… will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration… and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or to have the dispute heard by a judge or jury.”

Went to Becker McD's on September 5, 2025 thru drive thru around 6 pmish. Ordered 2 order of strips and a 20 PC and 2 fries plus cookie tote. Got home and only 1 order of strips so called and talked to Tim, he said he knew I was telling the truth cuz my order of strips were sitting waiting. He said he would let the manager know and they would mail us some comps for our troubles, this sounded ok, better than coming back to the restaurant. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing in the mail, I'm thinking either Tim didn't tell the manager or the manager didn't follow thru. We have used this McD's often and lately it's been hit or miss. Makes me want to choose other places to eat.

Food was cold , service was slow fruit flys hover around the pop machine you had to wave them away to get soda. Every table was Dirty we took our food and left

This has to be the worst managed McDonalds in the area. Not only do they always screws up orders but every time we go there the Frappe machine is out of order because it is being cleaned. Who cleans a Frappe machine in the morning and the Ice cream machine in late afternoon. Come on people. With Kwik Trip and Dueling Brews there are now better options. Somebody better figure it out since you're not the only place in town.
