I place a order and I asked them Made to order please I can wait !! I received my meal my fries and burger were both cold ! I went in to complain they refused to remake my order !! They were rude on top of everything !!! I will never eat there again!!

Spent $24 for food that was not hot, fresh, or correct. Asked for one quarter pounder without cheese and they even noted no cheese on box and receipt but it came with cheese. Asked for napkins and got none. Fries were luke warm. We won’t return. Called and spoke with manager who said they’d send out some free meal cards but it was like jumping through hoops, a worthless remedy. Terrible experience and customer service.

Got 2 dried out burnt sausage mcmuffins. The buns were hard as rocks. I don't know how they burnt the sausage in a steamer but they did it. It was the worst 2 I have ever ate. Will never go back to the Becker McDonald's the table was sticky. Bathrooms dirty. Trash in the parking lot. But the food was terrible. 10 min wait for fast food drive thru got better service then We did inside.

Don't come here, you have to do your own order on a kiosk, after you figure that out without any training and try to pay you CANT... no employee discount after taking your own order. McDonald's has gone down hill
Me and my mom got our food and her bagel was rock hard, and my McGriffin must've been old because the bread was soggy and dark, the cheese was hard and just heated up, and it smelled horrible. However, my mom asked if it was possible to get a new bagel that wasnt rock hard. A manager gave her a new one along with some cookies as a apology. Alright experience.

I don't understand why mcdonalds hates their customers so much. Forcing people to use apps and kiosks for ordering proves that they don't want anyone going to any of their stores.

The food was good but the first thing I heard coming in was “Omg.. are you going to order the whole menu again??” (Context: I have a family of 8) I thought that was pretty rude. Also, my boyfriend got called a big back because he went to go order an extra sandwich. Atmosphere was rude.. I got the food fast tho! I think it was meant as a joke, but I’ve just been having a shitty day so 😒🙅
Boyfriend here, I do work here and some people were saying it as a joke but one person didn’t mean it as a joke and oh my. Some of the people here are honestly such crappy people..👎👎👎 plus the manager was making faces and comments because a BRAND NEW EMPLOYEE didn’t know where the item was in the back. Terrible management, give me more hours Brad.
