Came in for a cone, left disappointed… again. The ice cream machine is “broken” for what feels like the hundredth time. Strange how McDonald’s machines seem to break way more than other fast-food chains. If other places can keep theirs running, why can’t McDonald’s? Left with crying child, all cause we wanted McDonald’s fries and Ice cream. Thankfully DQ saved the day.

they are very disrespectful and never make my food the correct way i’m a regular customer at mcdonald’s and never have taken my food home with the right order. they messed up my order and didn’t put a coffee we ordered on the meal and then they said “sorry i must have forgotten to put it on the order” and we ask for it and they tried to say we didn’t pay for it when we tried to when we ordered it they charged us for an extra burger that we didn’t want and gave us an extra cup when we wanted coffee. i went up to ask for my coffee and they were very disrespectful and wouldn’t give it to me and then said they will now refuse me service and i had to leave the store. i’m also pregnant and would like to eat the food i ordered they were just very disrespectful to me when ive told them i was pregnant and just wanted the food i ordered

I went in and ordered the big breakfast with coffee. Asked for extra butter and syrup. When I got to the truck couldn't find nothing but the breakfest dish. Went in upset and wanted what I thought I didn't get. They never said a word fixed me right up. I found the syrup and fixings on my seat where I pulled it out. Thank you guys for being nice to an idiot. Your people went above and beyond being nice with great service. My apologies for having a bad morning.

McDonalds used to be a place to go for a cheap meal quickly, well it's no longer cheap and it hasn't gotten any faster. It's so expensive now to the point it's not worth going to McDonalds anymore. Items have quadrupled in price, just look at how expensive the McChicken used to be and how expensive it is now.

I place a order and I asked them Made to order please I can wait !! I received my meal my fries and burger were both cold ! I went in to complain they refused to remake my order !! They were rude on top of everything !!! I will never eat there again!!

I had to ask if there was anything free for birthdays it was my 55th birthday and the manager was disgustingly rude and I will never ever go to Becker Minnesota McDonald's ever again!

Spent $24 for food that was not hot, fresh, or correct. Asked for one quarter pounder without cheese and they even noted no cheese on box and receipt but it came with cheese. Asked for napkins and got none. Fries were luke warm. We won’t return. Called and spoke with manager who said they’d send out some free meal cards but it was like jumping through hoops, a worthless remedy. Terrible experience and customer service.

Got 2 dried out burnt sausage mcmuffins. The buns were hard as rocks. I don't know how they burnt the sausage in a steamer but they did it. It was the worst 2 I have ever ate. Will never go back to the Becker McDonald's the table was sticky. Bathrooms dirty. Trash in the parking lot. But the food was terrible. 10 min wait for fast food drive thru got better service then We did inside.
