This is one of the two local pizza shops in town. We order regularly from here. They are friendly and easy to work with if they ever do mess anything up. Always quick delivery and carry out in you are hungry and don’t want to wait!

As of writing this review, it's been over two hours waiting for the pizza, and 20 minutes of waiting on hold for customer service. Our pizza has been in quality check for the last half hour.

Worst ever customer service, they do not answer the phone to make it right. Dominos corporate doesn't do anything either as it has to be the store. Haven't been to dominos since.

I placed an order for the kids I babysit for. After about an hour I called the store for the status of the order and the guys who picked up said they had 10+ orders and sounded annoyed. He said that the pizza was returned to the store after trying to deliver. No one knocked or called to tell me the pizza was here. So I asked for it to be re-delivered and he said it would be another hour wait!

I ordered from Domino’s a lot love their honey barbecue wings. I ordered them the last two times yeah the wings are smaller, but hardly no barbecue sauce and now they don’t give a side of barbecue sauce unless you pay for it. They now have a promo going for loaded chicken, I got it and it was burnt. What was there wasn’t even worth the price.

Ordered an online order through their app. Delivery was 2+ hours late. When I tried calling the store to cancel the order the phone just kept ringing and no one would pick up. When the food was ultimately delivered the driver just left it at the front door. Food had been sitting for over two hours at this point. Food was disgusting and cold. I’m done with dominos.

Tots order was half the size of photo and of previous orders. Additionally staff was rude and condescending when I returned for credit after being double billed.

Order at 6pm, call back at 715 to find out they didn't deliver it to the correct house and had not only taken down the correct address but also took down the wrong phone number so after righting all that hopefully I get my dinner by 8. No accommodation or anything for the horrible service but did have the nerve to ask for a tip. Do better

I ordered a thin crust New York pizza. For the second time in 2 weeks I received a hand tossed Crust , I called to complain and the manager hung-up on me. Customer service. ZERO

So how I see it when you are rating a fast food/ chain place you are actually rating the staff/management. I really like dominos and the one in chanhassen is great. I have ordered pizzas with extra toppings here only to receive barely any so I learned not to ask for extra. I got a pizza yesterday on my way in to work that was bacon and pepperoni and I got sausage and pepperoni. I did not have time to complain or ask for a refund. I just want people to not have the same bad experience as me don't go to this Domino's.
