Order at 6pm, call back at 715 to find out they didn't deliver it to the correct house and had not only taken down the correct address but also took down the wrong phone number so after righting all that hopefully I get my dinner by 8. No accommodation or anything for the horrible service but did have the nerve to ask for a tip. Do better

So how I see it when you are rating a fast food/ chain place you are actually rating the staff/management. I really like dominos and the one in chanhassen is great. I have ordered pizzas with extra toppings here only to receive barely any so I learned not to ask for extra. I got a pizza yesterday on my way in to work that was bacon and pepperoni and I got sausage and pepperoni. I did not have time to complain or ask for a refund. I just want people to not have the same bad experience as me don't go to this Domino's.

We ordered delivery, delivery took an hour and forty five minutes to recieve. Pizza was cold, dry, stale and gross, my dog wouldn't even eat it. Never again!
Please avoid ordering any food from this location until they get thier sh!t figured out.

Hit or miss depending on who's making the food. The actually delivery drivers are usually pretty good. They aim to please. The food is hit or miss and unfortunately the in store customer service has been a bad experience for me every time I've had to call in there do to incorrect or unacceptable food. I will add more recently they have been doing better and might even change my review in the future

Donald is the best worker dominos has. Hadn’t ordered for a year or more I ordered seen it was Donald coming. I was a frequent flyer weekly pizzas. He remembered me after a hole year and wondered what happened as we didn’t order any pizza. This was a couple months ago. Sense then Iv ordered a few more times as normally I end up with Donald. He’s by far one of the best delivery drivers out there. Dominos give this man a raise. Iv been ordering for 7 years took a year off and Donald has been a regular driver for us and he’s awesome need more workers like him.
How can you not bake a bread bowl. Doughy not cooked. Gross

I ordered square cut with parmesean crust on our pizza. This is horrible! $31.00 down the draine smh. The pizza was cold and stale. I wish they would do better! Or someone would hold this location accountable! I am experiencing this for the 3rd time. Not again! Smh. Belle Plaine, MN Domino's quality and order making is the worst! Truth are in the pics.

i ordered online and the delivery guy put my pizza on my front porch and didnt knock so it was outside in the rain for at least 20 minutes and it wasn’t hot and the crust was stale.
