Applebee's Grill + Bar

After a hard day of work this place really hit the spot. I sat at the bar and the bartender was at the top of his game, service was excellent. Food and atmosphere were what you would expect from a good Applebee's. Great job guys, thank you!

We started out good, sitting on a booth. Then they placed a couple at table on top of us. She was wearing a extreme amount of cologne. We moved to the bar. I understand switching services can throw everything off. But they were not busy and ok with it. We'll I can say staff was very friendly, that is were good service stopped. A girl bought us chips, she placed it down so hard that some chips went across the table. We got our salads, then steaks, (dishes were placed on side of table.) Nothing was removed. So we ate with salad and chip plates in our area. We were never asked if we wanted refills, if our steaks were OK. Waiter came while I was paying smiled and asked about receipt, still not removing any plates. I usually tip at least 20 percent, not today. This is second bad experience in a month. We find no reason to return.

Applebee's is kind of our go-to place when we want a decent sit-down experience. They've got amazing drinks, good variety and great staff. The food is almost always solid as well.

3 cheese mack and cheese is horrible no cheese on the por thing and old cold soggy fries with my burger and my bun for my burger is like a rock and every thing tastes microwaved but the atmosphere is great here

Line cooks left one of them papers between cheese slices in my burger, they also forgot the mashed potatoes for one of our steaks as well.

Applebee's does such a great job at consistency. It's never 'great', but you know exactly what you'll get no matter where you are at.

We were accosted by three Native American Drunk women on our way out. Think they were just looking for a fight. OMG. what has the world come to when you can't take your family out for an Applebee's lunch on a sunday?

Waitress names Mareah helped me with my food. Super smiley and was very helpful. Came to check up on me every couple minutes making sure I was satisfied and asked if there’s anyway she can help. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Received the wrong item. What I got was horrible. Offered to make me something else but my husband was done eating and it would take way too long. Manager said he 'comped' my meal. The comp price was far less than the cost of my meal. I was too upset to get another meal. One item on the table electronic menu the server said 'they were not a participating restaurant'. Won't be back to any Applebee's, if ever.

Use to be a good place to go, the last two times have been pretty disappointing. Really slow service, food not very good. Wait staff is trying there best is the only high light.
