“Great food! Locally sourced and in season foods guide the menu. Our group had four different dishes and the charcuterie tray. All were absolutely delicious! The service was wonderful too! I highly recommend!”

“The food is excellent. I had jalapeño poppers which were the best I've ever had in my life and I also had "The heater" burger which was also excellent. Everything was made to order and very fresh and high quality beef is used here you can tell by how it tastes. 5 ?. Service was just as excellent and the atmosphere is good it is a bar tavern so keep that in mind if you have small kids. Excellent friendly place.”

i've traveled throughout America and I can't remember the last time I saw individual cookies that were freshly baked being sold for 65 cents!!!

I've only tried a handful of things, but they were so fresh and completely surprising.

I'm not gonna give recommendations on what to try. Just go there and try it. You could afford to try something new every day even if you only made minimum wage.

“The service was phenomenal! Excellent server especially for our large group. I tried the full order of fish and chips. The fish was good but the portion size was very small and I am a person who ALWAYS takes home left overs. I’m not sure what the 1/2 order looks like but I would not recommend given how small the full order was. The other food ordered by our group looked good and everyone said it tasted good. There was another person in our group who ordered the full order of fish and chips and it was the same size so obviously this is what they serve.”

“Literally the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I try to come once a week. The Pitmaster, Two little pigs, monster fries, monster dry burrito, egg rolls, Alfredo, loaded mac, are all fantastic. You literally can’t go wrong. Food is always accurate and hot. Service is friendly and fast. If you’re in town stop by. If you’re not in town, come anyways. Yes. It’s that good. 11/10”

“Pretty decent pizza, we really liked how the crust had a nice crisp bottom but wasn't too thin. The sauce was delicious. Italian sausage and pepperoni were great. Pizza had a good amount of cheese. The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly throughout our visit.”

“I stopped in and purchased the turtle cheesecake, apple scone, and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie The turtle cheesecake was amazing!! Every bite was delightful. The apple scone had just the right amount apples, and the icing was just the right sweetness!! The cookie was a large biteful of goodness!!! Make a stop, your taste buds will thank you!!”

“I love this place. I've been coming here since college, so it has a lot of nostalgia for me. But the staff has always been super friendly and awesome and the food is always top notch! I am never disappointed. It has a fun and friendly atmosphere and depending on the night of the week, if you want a quiet dinner with the spouse, come during the week. If you want fun and rowdy, Friday and Saturday nights are great. A great place to watch the football game as well on Sunday afternoons. I love this place! Hidden gem!”

While the sub artist was nice, I didn't feel the warm welcoming customer service that would be expected from a small town, local restaurant. “We held a special family/friend event in the 'Hideout' downstairs, and enjoyed the rustic ambience of this space. We had Maddie as our bartender down there and she was incredibly fun and friendly! Brian and Brittany were super easy to coordinate with, and their planning skills helped us right from the start. They are very affordable, and, any chance to host a gathering here would absolutely be the right choice! Thank you, to everyone there, including Jewel (who helped out while we decorated the night before). You're all amazing!!!”

“Beautiful views of lake Bemidji. Fresh clean dining room. Bountiful menu ranging from salads, seafood, sandwiches and pasta, to a delicious prime rib served every Friday night. Welcoming staff and excellent service from bartenders and waitresses. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!”

“This CC is where the nice baristas don't subject non-whites to racism, unlike the CC on Wahinton Ave. They've always been VERY nice at this one, and the women in the bakery and cashiers are THE BEST!!! 1 of the assistant managers was also super professional when I gave him some feedback. This is what they call a meatloaf dinner and this is what they call a pot roast dinner also! Country Kitchen just sucks now days! Nope they will never get anymore of my money!”

“We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!”

“We always loved going to Dairy Queen when Mike owned it. I have been twice this summer and it just isn't the same. They no longer offer chili dogs or chips, and they don't have fountain soda, only cans. They were out of a lot of ingredients to make stuff. There was one girl taking orders and one girl making things, so I expected the wait to be long. They just didn't seem... happy to see us. When Mike owned it, the workers always said hi and treated you like family. I hope this is just growing pains and things get better.”

“The three of us (father, mother, daughter) were delighted with our table service, the speed of the food prep, and the flavors of the boneless wings, fettuccine alfredo, and quesadillas. No stars removed for a slightly slow delivery of a beverage refill (after the offer was made) as we could see that our waiter was being kept very busy with another table.”
