“As I was traveling late I arrived after the kitchen had closed. The owner offered me part of a meal she was having and to make a nice salad. The chicken was great. Dewey behind the bar made a great recommendation for a Mango infused tap beer. Delicious! They are great ambassadors for the Red Wing hospitality community. It was so nice to be treated as a regular. I will be back to sample both the food and Dewey’s recommendations. Thank you.”

“Great place to chill and sip wine and/or nibble on tasty bites from a charcuterie board. Excellent, friendly service. Mellow back room with comfy chairs, sofas, and tables. A nice selection of wines by the glass, some flights for tasting several in one visit. Also some more bottles on the rack in the back room if you don't see something you like on the menu. Our favorite activity when visiting Walker. If you like or love wine, check it out.”

“Fun, friendly spot with good food and drink. The staff works hard to take care of regulars and visitors. The menu is comfort / bar food and it's normally good. Weekly activities and food specials keep things different. We've visited many, many times and always have fun here.”

“The atmosphere here is awesome and when they have live music it’s a great venue. Sitting around the boat and drinking a cocktail or two or an ice cold beer. Service is always great even with limited help these days. The food is excellent and comes from the restaurant next door. Excellent and fun and always entertaining at the Boathouse Bar!!”
