“Drive from Bemidji for an outstanding breakfast. I can't remember our servers name, we sat all the way in the back on Wednesday 02/21 and she was so happy and wonderful. Worth the drive!”

“One of my favorite bars in Walker. Evertime we get up to walker we go here because the staff, food and prices. It's not uncommon for prices to get overinflated in tourist traps like Walker, but this place hasn't done that and I appreciate that. It's simple bar food that's really good and affordable.”

“Great vibes!! The patio is small but quaint and the indoors area is spacious and well decorated! We loved the wines we tried (I had a glass of Prosecco, while my fiancé had a red wine flight- heavy pours). Their system is simple and their staff is friendly! Can’t wait to come back next year ? We paid $30 for a flight, a glass and a tip! The prices can’t be beat!”

“This was a fun outing. It was a busy Friday night, but the bartender serving us was very good. The atmosphere was busy and loud, with guys playing pool, someone shooting darts and a meat raffle going on. But it was energizing and fun.The drinks were well made. I get long island iced teas and often they taste like lighter fluid! This one was perfect. The only complaint I have is the fish special. Pollack was a set of skinny, flat fried pieces that really didn't taste like anything. Next time, I'll opt for a burger or the cod--which should be an actual piece of fish.”

“Good food, right in a cabin rental area. Like little town homes, they have a nice deck. That overlooks the Lake.And a game area That has everything from Bag toss to 3 foot high chest pieces and checkers. Not too many places that are right on the Lake. This is definitely one to visit.Parking: Didn't seem like there was a whole lot of parking.”

“My wife and I usually get the pulled pork or brisket sandwiches as they are excellent. However recently we shared a full rack of ribs with two sides of the mac & cheese and pork and beans. It was fantastic! Had leftovers the following day. We will be back. Love the atmosphere and very friendly service. ??❤️”

“Cute corner coffee shop. One person was stringing homemade garland as customers shuffled in and out, enjoying her festive decor. As it's in northern MN, it had a great 'come-in-from-the-cold' vibe. Very cozy. I ordered a hot latte and it was hot and good. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely stop.”

“Had a Wabegon Lake deep dish pizza. It was good, though I expected it to be a little more flavourful and spicy. Service was good and the beer was cold, so that’s a win!”

“The atmosphere here is awesome and when they have live music it’s a great venue. Sitting around the boat and drinking a cocktail or two or an ice cold beer. Service is always great even with limited help these days. The food is excellent and comes from the restaurant next door. Excellent and fun and always entertaining at the Boathouse Bar!!”

“Spending many summers at my family's cabin in northern MN, we have frequented the Chase a lot for special meals over the years. The new owners have taken huge strides to improve The 502. I love trying their new menu items and the live music they have been bringing in is great! The staff are clearly hard at work and the views of Leech Lake are unmatched to any other restaurant in Walker. Can't wait to see what they have in store for this place!”

“We went through the drive through on our drive home. The person taking the order sounded a little irritated by questions we asked, but their mood seemed to change when we asked if they offered a military discount.The food was prepared quick and it was hot. Everything was great!”
