Bell has the best Customer Services skills and personality.
I drive across my city to the Caribou on the west side just to have Bell grind my coffee!
I used to be a huge Starbucks fan. No more, now I found my loyalty with Caribou.

Caribou Coffee is a popular spot in Bemidji, with multiple convenient locations and free parking. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers friendly service, whether customers choose to dine in or use the drive-through. The drive-through is a great option for those needing a quick coffee break. Their drink menu includes options like raspberry mocha and hot caramel highrise, which are described as delicious. Customers note the high quality of the coffee, especially the strong brews, and many agree that Caribou has the best coffee around, with taste and quality that others do not match. The staff are praised for their welcoming and efficient service, making it a great spot for both locals and visitors in town. For those with dietary restrictions, substitutes for milk like almond, oat, or soy can be requested. Mobile orders are straightforward, and drinks are usually ready by the time customers arrive.
