Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. I ordered and payed for extra burger patties on both of my quarter pounders and extra pickle on another. Neither burger had an extra patty, and the third had no pickles at all. When the employee brought out the rest of our food I kindly mentioned that they had forgotten my extra burger patties, and she said, “I don’t know what you want me to say. We ordered off the app, which typically is great. Pulled up, said they that our order was almost ready. Waited several more minutes, app said it was going to be out in 2-5 minutes. It was at least 10 minutes after that, I walked into the restaurant. Not a soul at the counter, after 2-3 minutes a young man walked out with my meal… which was as ordered. Drive through was steady. I’m sure it would have been twice as fast
Slowest service, dirty waiting area, and food was cold….
