Try the wonton-wrapped deep fried pickles as an appetizer. On my most recent visit, I appreciated that I could order something high in protein and low in carbs, as shown in my photo. The wife and I are on a date night, and I figured wth I'll give it another try (just don't order the ribs!).I ordered a simple chicken fettuccine alfredo while she had the walleye. The breast of chicken I received was so thin that I was waiting for some old guy to jump out and tell me, "For the cost of a cup of coffee each day, this starving chicken can be saved!" Making matters worse was that it had no seasoning, was dry, and rubbery. The pasta was cooked well, but the alfredo sauce was more like a bland cream sauce topped with parmesan.Even my wife's walleye, while visually appealing, had little taste, and the twice baked potato looked like re-heated slop in a bowl smothered in cheese (I'm guessing another culinary marvel from chef mic.And call me old, vintage, seasoned, I don't care. But $65 buck for what we got.I don't think we'll be back. Fool me once and all that.“
“The bartender was great. She was very attentive to all the patrons. The Cheese bites were also great, but the club sandwich was less than great. Meat tasted fairly flavorless and seemed a little low quality. My wife’s hot dog was just ok, it was a little small. Fries were average. It was one of the only places open on a Sunday evening but it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“Great service and the owners are really nice. Had about 16 burgers and fries ready for my ice fishing group when we were getting off the ice. I usually do not like bloody mary's but their mix was really good. Could have sat their all day with the crew working there. We will be stopping there again next year.“

“I often visit Green Mill & have not had a bad experience or bad food to this day. Boneless wings are good, good burgers. Walleye is great, desert fire pasta is great. The stir fry is great. Shrimp bruschetta was my favorite I don't think they have it any more. Nachos are good. They add special menus items pretty often & they've always been great. Great chefs back there!“

(Totally not an alcoholic, only drink once or twice a year) so I was expecting to catch a little buzz off the few drinks I had. But that didn't even happen.
