That's probably the worst meal I've had in a long time the fries were cold and tasted like stale oil the quarter pound roast beef with cheese on it was terrible my dog won't even eat it

Arby's feels so underappreciated at times, Good food with a different veriety than allot of similar chains. Their seasonal items are great, their menu staples are a welcome change from the norm of fast food. Sometimes the prices are higher than I wish. Especially for things like strawberry lemonade. I wish more places had alternatives to soda like that, though.

I saw 2 people working. 2!! One was doing the orders and the other was cooking; a well oiled machine! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The guy running the front counter was calm and very friendly! GREAT job fellas! ??

Observed today’s manager eating a hamburger without plastic gloves while placing bacon on a customer’s sandwich. Ironically the associate preparing sandwich’s right next to him had the gloves on. The manager (Matt) than went to work at the drive thru handing money. Hope he gets it someday. Service was very poor today. Usually not a critic but Matt needs to review food handling safety per Arby’s policy.
