Family picked up food for me as I got off work very nice of them. They asked me what I wanted I said i dunno something big... they got me some burger...had the word big on it.

Out of ham. Odd when you slogan literally says, “We have the meats!” Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response till I yelled “hello!” Proceeded to take my order 3 different times. Asked me to stop saying my order because she was helping another customer. Sitting in the drive thru typing this, fingers crossed food is good!

I ordered the fish sandwiches and potatoe cakes. I had to wait which was just fine, they were hot and fresh and delicious
That's probably the worst meal I've had in a long time the fries were cold and tasted like stale oil the quarter pound roast beef with cheese on it was terrible my dog won't even eat it

Arby's feels so underappreciated at times, Good food with a different veriety than allot of similar chains. Their seasonal items are great, their menu staples are a welcome change from the norm of fast food. Sometimes the prices are higher than I wish. Especially for things like strawberry lemonade. I wish more places had alternatives to soda like that, though.

Never has light on outside after dusk or roast beef and waiting for anywhere to 30- minutes to 2 hours? Ongoing issue
