Haven't been here in years because years ago I ordered a big roast beef and it came with just a few thin slices. I finally tried again and the employee can't even tell me what's on a smokehouse sandwich so I stepped out of line saying I'd look it up myself. I realize I had an irritated tone and just left because I don't want anyone serving me food who sees I'm not happy. I'm paranoid AF with people handling my food if things don't go 100% smoothly in their professional demeanor. The employee could have apologized and went asked for help but didn't and was unsure of what's even on their sandwiches. Just another reminder of what I don't care to learn what I like on the menu at Arby's.

This restaurant is run very well. Lobby is always clean, food is good, and service fast.
Typical Arby’s. They have the meat. Roast beef is good, chicken is good, mozzarella sticks are good. This location has friendly staff, and the dining area is pretty clean. Nothing fancy but good.

Almost all promotions and specials that are advertised in the email and phone app are unavailable due to lack of online ordering at this store. It is unbelievable that in 2023 you don't offer this service when it is so heavily promoted in the Arby's email and app. All I see is deals and specials I can never order unless I go to a location over 100 miles away

If I could have given a negative review I would have!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!! Don't live near an Arby's but look forward to stopping. From the terribly long wait when we got into the lobby, not being able to get our roast beef because they ran out to the dr. Pepper fountain pop that sprayed all over me and finally to not get any bronco berry sauce because they were out. Horrible Horrible experience.
