Went to pick up some food today. Sat in the drive through waiting for someone to respond for far longer than we should have, no one said anything or responded. Drove up to the drive thru window, again no one acknowledged us. Due to the weather, we didnt feel like going in. Says it's open but no one wants to acknowledge customers. Very disappointed.

Not enough workers to have drive through open. For a 5 piece chicken strip meal, (sub a root beer float for soda), a double papa burger, & med root beer float came to 34.00, thought it was a little bit much for fast food!

We came in 15 minutes before they closed and we felt bad being those people but our whole crew was tired and hungry and we really wanted some A&W. The Friday night crew was great! The read back our large order to us to make sure they had it right. Whipped up our food and drinks very quickly and sent us off with a smile. Nowadays you don't always get that at close on a Friday night but that crew really lived up to your standards and please recognize them for it. We really appreciated it.

Whenever we’re in a small town and they happen to have an A&w, we know we’re having a papa burger basket. Today we had a very salty papa burger, it was served with a smile and then they said the magic words, frosted mug of root beer.
