This place went down hill, the kitchen is dirty. Dry old food on the floor. Poor customer service, employees cursing, not in uniform. Food is old and dry. This place needs a visit from the health department that’s for sure

The restaurant was filthy. Employees were wearing slide shoes, no socks. Not in uniform just a dirty sweatshirt. Food took a long time but we're told at the beging they had to drop chicken, which we were ok with. But when told 6 mins for chicken and we waited 15 mins for dry, not fresh chicken. Won't be recommending or returning.

This location is priced higher than any other location, it’s inside a gas station and it’s filthy. I was going to order some food here today but noticed the prices have increased yet again and the average price per meal is about $14, which is insane, they want more than $4 for a $1 hot dog. Not worth the “experience”. This location seems to want to price themselves right out of business. I watched another couple leave today without ordering for the same reason. Give it up Bemidji, you’re not that kind of exclusive and you’re serving gas station food that’s grossly overpriced and your kitchen is disgusting and filthy.

Wednesday special was good. On the burger, the lettuce was cold, and the beef hot. Super job! The A&W is always a must in a frosted mug!
