I don't get Baskin super often but whenever I do I'm always satisfied with it. I never hear bad things about it and I have no bad things to say! Super nice employees and I've never had to really wait!

They have the tastiest ice cream around and don’t mind giving sample tastes when I am completely undecided. My son is obsessed with their mint chocolate chip and I love all the new flavors that come out. Everyone is very friendly and we love coming to get our sweet treats from here.

The Dunkin and the Baskin are both okay, but both have infinitely better, local alternatives for equal if not lesser price. The Baskin in particular is very disappointing - they only have around eight, ten of 31 flavors out at any given time and it's never my favorite.

Amazing job! Beth Buck the cake designer at Baskin Robbins went above and beyond to ensure the most beautiful birthday cake was delivered for my daughter in Minnesota from me her mom in Kentucky. My original order was not available however, Beth took the reigns and even sent me pictures of a cake that was perfect for my daughter. She took such great care in ensuring my daughters birthday was special! I am so thankful I chose Baskin Robbins for this important job! I hope Beth sees this review as do her employers to see how amazing and professional she is ensuring oustanding customer service !. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Beth for the most stunning birthday cakes!!

I will never order a cake from here again. On the day I ordered the cake I was showen what a 1/2 sheet cake looked like but the one I received was much smaller. The cake itself looks nice but not for over $30
