Went last night with my fiancé for bottomless apps. We were there for over an hour and had our server come by maybe twice? We only got to put in two orders of apps because it was getting ridiculous on the wait time. They weren't busy either. Literally had to flag a random server down to ask for another round of apps. This was about 30 minutes after getting our first order. Crappy service and crappy food.

All I can say, I've eaten at a lot of Buffalo wild wings, FYI, I wanted something hot and fresh,, that's kind of what we all want ,,right!? Well the manager or someone important that's what I was looking for, boom, I wanted hot french fries, flats, some tenders on a Monday, only a buck, dang you better get there, ask for Josh, and you'll get the boom experience, thanks boss 😎

Haven't been to Bdubs for a while. Today the only thing I can complain about is the time I got there until the time my food came out. Got there at 11:00 and the food, one order of chipotle bbq dry rub wings took 35 minutes to come out. The wings were big and cooked really well , the server was nice and competent.
The wait of 35 minutes on one 10 piece order was way too long. There were only 5 other tables seated at this time.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would, the service was absolutely ridiculous! When I got there, there was 3-4 empty tables just filled with trash. And I had to stand there and wait 15mins just to get seated. The place smells very and, and is very dirty. Then I waited another 15 mins just to get a drink, when I FINALLY got to order my food, I waited 45-1hr for my food that was WARM! Not fresh, like it’s been sitting, the food was terrible, gave me a terrible stomach ache for the rest of the night. NOT TO MENTION! I asked for more ketchup and was completely ignored and told that there was ketchup on the table, like I wouldn’t be asking for any if there was. People sitting behind me who got there 10mins after me got seated right away, and got food before me. Pretty odd if you ask me. The owner walked by me and as I was trying to get his attention, he completely ignored me and walked away.

Ordered online, wings and fries. The fries were luke warm at best and you could tell they had been sitting in the back and the wings were barley warm and you could see they had been dried out either on the counter or under a lamp. It was so bad I had to go home and heat them up. Won't be back and will ward off as many others as possible. Don't eat here, plain and simple. Mcdonald's is better than this place.
First off I wish I could give a zero star review. Ordered online take out. I thought they might get there stuff together after the whole cleanliness scandal happened, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again. When the girl handed me my bag, I checked the box and everything was all mixed together. Presentation was not there. Food was also warm, not hot at all. Didn’t even look appetizing to me. When I told her I wasn’t going to eat it, she said it would be about 2 minutes. I didn’t know it took 2 minutes to cook all new wings and cheese curds. Food came out not hot AGAIN so I know they just threw it in another box and called it good. Needless to say, I will NEVER be eating here again. They need to shut down.

Went for lunch on Sunday. The bar was busy so we found a table to sit at. Sat about 10 minutes before we were handed menus and asked if we wanted drinks. Then got our drinks about 10 to 15 minutes later. Ordered appetizer with drinks, it came out cold, wings were warm, onion rings and nachos cold. Then another 15 minutes we got to give our order. She was supposed to bring a drink to us, that took another 15. When we finally got the food, the mushroom burger was not as good as it usually is, was missing sauce on it. The chicken sandwich was warm not hot how it usually is. I know they told us after they were short staffed, but I still feel this wasn't acceptable. The food should have been hot. So disappointing! I drove 1 hour and a half to eat there too.

Bingo night...ordered dinner...it was over an hour to get a chicken Ceasar salad. Had to chase down a server to get menus, order and pay. I think they were experiencing some facilities and staffing trouble. Waitress seemed overwhelmed

Really needs zero stars, the place is trashed sat for over an hour waiting to get even an appetizer and the chips were stale. Had to re order because the computer didn’t show our order and had to wait beyond that. The parking lot has 3 cars in it. Could have went out at killed a chicken and made wings in less time
