It was a bit frustrating. I ordered food on the app, with plenty of lead time (or so I thought!). I ordered at 4:30pm for a 6:20pm pickup. I finally got my food after 7:30pm. BWW was full of customers, which was good for them. But I'm not certain I can recommend ordering via the app.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. For our take out order, we waited over an hour—until nearly 10 p.m.—for our order. When the food finally arrived, only a fraction of it was correct: out of the Pick Six items we ordered, the staff only provided three chicken strips.
The manager apologized and assured us we would receive a refund for the inconvenience. However, four days passed with no refund issued. When I called the restaurant to follow up, I was told someone would look into it and email me with an update. No one ever did. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through PayPal to get my money back.
This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish, and the lack of follow-through on the refund was especially disappointing. I hope the location improves both its service and its communication moving forward.

Chelsea Holderbecker is very rude, unprofessional, and impatient. She does not belong in a restaurant setting managing people. She should work in an industry where she does not have to talk to people.

We had a party of 5. The Mac n Cheese came out mushy. The appetizer sampler came out with some parts warm and some parts ..less than warm. 15 piece boneless wings were warm. The waitress was less than thrilled to take back the Mac n Cheese and appetizer sampler - no apologies at all. Felt like it was our fault that the food didn't come out hot. I'd like to say this is an isolated incident, but we come here about once a year and leave each time saying 'now I remember why we don't come here'.
BWW will tell me to fill out some other form like they have for other reviews here. Not sure why I have to complain more than once though?
Went last night with my fiancé for bottomless apps. We were there for over an hour and had our server come by maybe twice? We only got to put in two orders of apps because it was getting ridiculous on the wait time. They weren't busy either. Literally had to flag a random server down to ask for another round of apps. This was about 30 minutes after getting our first order. Crappy service and crappy food.

All I can say, I've eaten at a lot of Buffalo wild wings, FYI, I wanted something hot and fresh,, that's kind of what we all want ,,right!? Well the manager or someone important that's what I was looking for, boom, I wanted hot french fries, flats, some tenders on a Monday, only a buck, dang you better get there, ask for Josh, and you'll get the boom experience, thanks boss 😎

Haven't been to Bdubs for a while. Today the only thing I can complain about is the time I got there until the time my food came out. Got there at 11:00 and the food, one order of chipotle bbq dry rub wings took 35 minutes to come out. The wings were big and cooked really well , the server was nice and competent.
The wait of 35 minutes on one 10 piece order was way too long. There were only 5 other tables seated at this time.
