Placed my order for a large drink got to the window gave them my card and they swiped my card and said 18.50. I only order a drink so I had to wait 45 mins to an hour to get my refund. giving me all the excuses in the book about why it took so long give my money back. Never going back again.

The food came out absolutely disgusting, bread was moldy. The windows were smeared wirh fingerprints and god knows what else. The parking lot was littered with garbage. Numerous flies buzzing around. Not to mention that the bigger lady (assuming shes supposed to be a higher up manager) was yelling at a shorter guy with glasses and black hair (think he's the restaurant manager) in front of customers and belittling him. Not sure what kind of owners you have to let this happen but we will not be returning here and will be reporting to the health department for the moldy bread. Do better burger king.

Bemidji MN. location, the cashier looked past my son and I when it was our turn to place our order. She looked at the man standing behind us and took his order. Even after he told her we were ahead of him.
So we ended up placing our order on the touch screen thing. Even had to grab ourselves the condiments because she refused to hand us sauces and our cups.
We never been treated the way we did a few days ago.
Otherwise, everything else was good.

Went there for dinner, it took them 30 minutes to ask for us to repeat our orders ten times, tell us that three items we tried to order they didn't serve anymore, even though they were on the menu, they didn't put in one of our items, and took another 10 minutes to figure out what our order was. It was not busy, there was one other vehicle in the place.

Listen, we love you… always have but our food is so cold!! Very dissatisfied! The worst part is no one was inline. You can easily tell we were given cold fries and food!! I get it it’s late.. but if you can’t do it right there don’t sell!!

Went through drive through today wanting to use crowns. I am not sure why was not let me so I asked the lady working . She said I don't know I said ok well I need to order food just regular then I asked If I had to go back around she said yes. I went around they seen me their was 1 car besides me . The same girl gets on intercom said please hold we are short staffed so I did . After waiting quite while I said hello she gets on there says u will have to wait longer we are catching up. I looked inside at counter and their was no customers in there . I left but I was not understanding why I was treated so horrible. I was not rude I was asking about the app.
