I tried to get drive through but we sat there for 10 minutes without the line moving then we parked and tried to go inside and the door was locked so we got back in line and sat for 20 minutes and only two cars went through then we saw someone try to go inside and a worker told them no done in so we got out of the line and left

Food was OK. It tasted normal. The service didn’t feel too good because I came into the store with limited time on my hands because I run a business and I was up here for a business meeting. What I didn’t like was there are some lady with a hard to understand accent working, which is fine but it’s not fine when I felt let’s say uncomfortable. I don’t know if she was from the south or something, but she was calling me names that my girlfriend did not approve of like like honey sugar, sweetheart another thing is I thought it was really strange that. She was asking my name and where I’m from. I do not like that. I’m hoping to come in soon to tell her that was not OK. They just felt my personal space was invaded big time and I just did not like the other thing she was saying about me filling out the review on the back some other coworker said yeah I don’t even worry about it he said and I quote it’s not like they’re going to check the review every time they want Burger King. I guess she was trying to be friendly, but that just made me feel so uncomfortable. it’s like I don’t know you like that. Good on that guy though for telling me that that’s fine. Don’t worry about it. The atmosphere just made me feel uncomfortable while eating cause once in a while she would just like look which is fine, but I thought she would say something for the reasons that she was too talkative which I get talkative is fine but calling me those names was not fine at all. Next time. I have a business meeting up here. I’m probably not gonna eat here.

It took almost 15 minutes from pulling up to the menu board (we were one car behind) to pulling up to the window! There was almost no customers!? Most restaurants would freak! If you have 2 drive thrus, have someone taking orders from both, not one person flip flopping!

I have never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes here. Even being the only person inside and ordering a single sandwich. Today I got 2 sandwiches which was a mistake because I waited 40 instead. Just go to Qdoba if you end up in this building. The like can be out the door and you’ll still get your food 10 mins before bk.

Worst experience at any Burger King ever!
1. Waited 10 minutes for food (while it waited on the rack and no one to assist me)
2. Fries were cold and unsalted. Asked them to salt them and still tasteless even after as well as the 2 rodeo burgers
I’m not from this town luckily, so won’t EVER have to deal with them again. Waste of my money 😡

This is the worst run burger king I've ever been to. Completely useless untrained employees, tried to give me the wrong change, then gave my order to the car in front of me, whom held onto it for roughly 10 minutes b4 employee came back out, gave him the wrong order again then tried to give me what I had ordered that had been in another car for 10 minutes. I will never give any business to this location ever again. Shameful...

I ordered the same burgers that I usually order from another BK at my home town and hour away. This Bk clearly uses very different (cheaper) patties, the beef was more rubbery and chicken patty was flatter and way more breading than chicken. An hour on my gut feel gross which I never have felt when from any other BK I've been to. I Will never be back!
