I ordered the same burgers that I usually order from another BK at my home town and hour away. This Bk clearly uses very different (cheaper) patties, the beef was more rubbery and chicken patty was flatter and way more breading than chicken. An hour on my gut feel gross which I never have felt when from any other BK I've been to. I Will never be back!

Just walked in 1030a went to the counter and the young woman says “Um I don’t know if we’re open right now“ and looks back into the kitchen as if to see if anyone was there.
My husband commented but it’s 1030 and we came in through the front door. We left since clearly we’d be waiting who knows how long. Clearly they have no idea how to run a business. Won’t be back.

Cold fries chicken sandwich I had cold also. Sons order was wrong plus his burger had no meat. He said no onions! Made us wait to order then get it wrong. No meat on burger ! Ridiculous! Never going back to this prejudice place ever again. Never had a problem with the other one NW. It also took a long time to even get our order 15-20 mins at the least. If the drive thru workers don't like their job? They shouldn't even be working there. As soon as we pulled up she told us to wait and took two orders in the other lane before coming back to us.I knew that it was going to be a bad experience, just by her voice. They see who they are talking to, no doubt in my mind.

Slowest Burger King I've ever been to. Placed a to go order inside. Waited 16 minutes for our food. It was waiting to be bagged. Watched the workers bring 5 drive thru orders out before completing our order. Had to ask for our order.

THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NUTS!!! THIS RESTURANT IS THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD!!!! THE FRIES WERE GOD LIKE THE SODA WAS LIKE I WAS DRINKING JESUS TEARS AND THE BURGER WAS LIKE I WAS EATING FOOD RIGHT FROM THE GODS THEMSELVES!!! AND THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! GOD BLESS THE BAGGER GOD BLESS BURGER KING UWUI TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM NEW MEXICO FOR THIS FOOD AND I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED!!!

If you want service right away you’d be better off going inside. The drive thru is a joke. The past 2 times I have went there I waited for almost 10 minutes to just order my food while there was only two vehicles ahead of me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went, but twice in a row? Come on. People have jobs & they have a limited amount to take a break. It was so irritating especially when you’re hangry!

Took ten minutes to order even when there were no other guests in line ahead of us. Man who took our order seemed rather angry, and food took a while to get to us as well. Walked in at 5:30 on a Wednesday to get food before work, and ended up being late :/ Id recommend the other burger king in town over this one but sadly neither are great
