THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NUTS!!! THIS RESTURANT IS THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD!!!! THE FRIES WERE GOD LIKE THE SODA WAS LIKE I WAS DRINKING JESUS TEARS AND THE BURGER WAS LIKE I WAS EATING FOOD RIGHT FROM THE GODS THEMSELVES!!! AND THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! GOD BLESS THE BAGGER GOD BLESS BURGER KING UWUI TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM NEW MEXICO FOR THIS FOOD AND I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED!!!

Service was very slow started in the drive up and never move for 10 minutes so I went inside waited just as long burger with ice cold and the rest of the meal wasn't much better

If you want service right away you’d be better off going inside. The drive thru is a joke. The past 2 times I have went there I waited for almost 10 minutes to just order my food while there was only two vehicles ahead of me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went, but twice in a row? Come on. People have jobs & they have a limited amount to take a break. It was so irritating especially when you’re hangry!

Their pop has no flavor lol I ordered a family bundle and 3 orange Fantas and all the drinks tasted like fizz water with coloring in it…good spot for a quick bite but was disappointed in their pop machines the most asked to replace pop but they said nothing they could do till the next day…like what???

There are two nice things I can say about this BK; it isn't as bad as the one by Target, and the older ladies who work here are kind. With that said, the drive in is awful, getting your food in less than 15 minutes is impossible, and the owner/manager should feel deeply ashamed.of the awful business they have run deep into the ground.

Used to be one of my faves but it’s gone downhill in recent years. The food hasn’t always been great but the service was at least decent until my most recent visit. Just super unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the brand. I’m not sure if they even had a competent supervisor on duty or what. The cashier wouldn’t honor the 2/$10 Whopper meal deal that was being advertised on the drive through ordering screen, said there was no option for it on her end. Could’ve been a little apologetic in the form of a couple cookies or a size upgrade or discount or coupons or something with “customer service” in mind. Even after showing them proof of what’s being advertised on a screen 50ft away at their location all I got was something like “yeah I don’t know what to tell you”. Then, I asked for the receipt because they didn’t provide one, and it took probably about 5 minutes for the woman to produce it. I thought it might be because of the survey code or maybe they were winging it without a register or the cashier was on a break or something. It looked like it was nearing the end of the receipt roll so maybe they didn’t know how to change it or were out of stock and were trying to hold out as much as they could. Whatever the case, the other end of town still has good food and great customer service.

Corporate needs to be more involved at this location. Things that we ordered were prepared incorrectly and we were charged for things that we didn’t order. Seems to be in significant disarray.
