GREAT FOOD! It was out in a very timely manner, and tasted great. I had the California pulled pork sandwich on ciabatta. So good. My only complaint is that our server was very awkward

Disappointed! We ate here following the "Night We Light" parade and it was very disappointing. Unfortunate, since I've heard some really good things. All the burgers were cooked extremely rare when ordered medium and well-done. The brisket was dry and tough but the real kicker was the water. It was undrinkable to the point of ruining Coke and iced tea made from syrup. I mean absolutely rust flavored. The Coke didn't even taste like Coke. When asked about it the manager (?) said "We're roughing it here and still on well water." Well, that's one way of putting it. I would offer to the owner to fix your filtration or let it ruin your dream.

Very nice people and the food was excellent!! We had a large group in town for football game and they were very accommodating! Place to we all had a great time, first food and drinks!! Thank you!!

Wait staff was great. Food on the other hand I could not even cut the ribs with a steak knife that's pretty bad. The brisket was sliced with the grain not against the grain That's BBQ 101. The best part of the food was the sweet potato tater tots.

Stopped on Saturday right after opening. What a treat! Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had a brisket and bacon sandwich with horseradish cheese on sourdough. Sooo good! ? I think I enjoyed the leftovers even more! Will definitely be back for brisket and can't wait to try the prime rib. Very tasty. Definitely recommend ?

Food was good and large portions! Come hungry! We got there just at shift change so our service wasn't as good as should be. But we would go again.

We haven't been here in awhile. In the past the parking lot has been crammed, and cars parked on the street. When we arrived the parking lot was only half full. That should have been our clue. The dining room was about 1/4 full. There were only 2 servers. She apologized right away. That's no biggie. We get it. We ordered drinks. it took about 15 mins to get, and she brought the wrong kind of beer. No biggie. We ordered our dinners right away, as we saw she was busy with another table, and didnt know when she would come back. We ordered entrees of walleye and ribs. The menu is quite limited for entrees. I think there are only 5. Dinners included a salad. The meals came out and I said we hadn't gotten our salads. The server said, oh, they are coming. ??? what? she said they are served with the dinner. we have never had our salad served with our dinners? esp with a big dinner. She said next time we should ask if its served with dinner. Why in the world would someone ask that? Salad dressings were wrong on both salads. Our dinners were ok. They have been know in the past to have great sides with the dinner, mashed potatoes and these great glazed carrots. The potatoes were dry and crumbly, the carrots did not have a glaze on them. My walleye was burned on the bottom and full of bones. My husbands ribs were tender and good, but his sides were the same. The whole vibe of the place just felt dark and sad. I doubt we will be back, and it almost looks like the place is going to need a full overhaul, new owners or just die a quiet death with decreased customers.
Definitely a hidden gem in Bemidji. The brisket was a melt-in-your-mouth delicacy. I ordered the BBQ sampler but would go back for the brisket. Our server catered to allergies and was careful with cross contamination. Service was fantastic, our server went over and above our expectations. We will return.

Stopped by on a Sunday late afternoon. Fast, friendly service. The food was very good. We had our 11yo niece with us and she was also satisfied with her meal choices. We especially enjoyed the loaded french fries, the baked beans and the potato salad. The meats were very good and I especially liked the brisket.

We visited on Father's Day and the poor employees were doing everything they could to keep up both on the floor and in the back of house. Major kudo's to the whole team. They were honest and forthright from the start on the waits and back up. They always checked in with a smile and polite attitude. We were so impressed that we gave an extra $20 to our server directly in addition to the 30% tip we added to the bill. While the employees impressed the heck out of us, the food was just okay. The hamburger was nicely done but a little dry. The walleye sandwich and fingers could have used a little more flavoring in the batter.

Cozy bar and grill right off of 20. Food was very good. Brisket was good. Pulled pork was great. Cheese curds were really good served with a raspberry chipotle dipping sauce. Would stop again!
