This was an online order. $75.00+. Large pizza I ordered THIN CRUST/WELL DONE. It came as an undercooked hand tossed….. due to stomach issues I cannot eat anything other than thin crust/well done. The other items were fine but this was 24+. I wouldn’t normally give a bad review, however; I called them and the guy on the phone told me his manager wouldn’t even honor the guarantee of me not being satisfied and them making it right. He said I ordered hand-tossed. I double checked the online order and I indeed selected thin/well done, and after dbl checking, I placed my order. Here I am stuck with a pizza I’ll end up giving to someone, meanwhile I need to find something to eat. Maybe an egg. I will NEVER-EVER EAT/ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I placed an order for two large pizzas (one with chicken and one with pepperoni) but what I received was completely different. One pizza came with bacon, and the other had pepperoni and sausage. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already 30 minutes into my hour-long drive home, so going back wasn’t an option.
When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees were noticeably rude and dismissive, which was surprising and honestly unnecessary. On top of that, they didn’t have any red pepper flakes or Parmesan packets available (the employee said “nah, we don’t have that”). For a national pizza chain, that feels like a pretty basic thing to be out of.
The app was also misleading about prices, adding to the overall frustration. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but between the inaccurate order, poor customer service, and lack of basic condiments, this visit was far below expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because this experience made me rethink ever returning.

I had an unfortunate experience with Assistant Manager David. My order was wrong, and while he did apologize and offer coupons to make up for the mistake, his tone was condescending and dismissive. To make matters worse, he hung up on me after putting me on hold and never answered the phone again. This order was for an 85-year-old elderly woman who was left without a proper meal. I’m sure she would have loved the coupons, but she was hungry in the moment. I understand this is a small, locally owned business, and mistakes happen—but how you handle them matters. Arguing with customers and avoiding accountability isn’t the way to fix things. Any good business knows that. Get it together, David.

They keep getting our orders wrong. This time I Ordered two pizzas for delivery last night around 8:30. One cheese and one extra chicken pizza with alfredo sauce. Got both pizzas and the one had zero chicken. No explanation and no answer when I called. I understand jobs get busy, but this isn't difficult to get right.

There was a curly red headed freakish looking man that delivered my pizza. I found multiples hairs in my pizza, they arguably looked like pubes. I’ve very dissatisfied with my expirence

The drivers have no regard to public safety driving down residential streets going 40, cutting people off. Then at the store I came in around midnight and nobody was in the store contemplating whether to walk behind the counter to get my meal I placed. Finally an employee came around smelling like marijuana. I understand it’s legal but to use during work hours is just as illegal as drinking on the job. I would call but the owner and managers do nothing about discipline. Big reason why their business runs the way it does. Corporate if you’re reading this please email me. I’d like to speak with you on these illegal activities done at Bemidji location in Minnesota
