I had an unfortunate experience with Assistant Manager David. My order was wrong, and while he did apologize and offer coupons to make up for the mistake, his tone was condescending and dismissive. To make matters worse, he hung up on me after putting me on hold and never answered the phone again. This order was for an 85-year-old elderly woman who was left without a proper meal. I’m sure she would have loved the coupons, but she was hungry in the moment. I understand this is a small, locally owned business, and mistakes happen—but how you handle them matters. Arguing with customers and avoiding accountability isn’t the way to fix things. Any good business knows that. Get it together, David.

They keep getting our orders wrong. This time I Ordered two pizzas for delivery last night around 8:30. One cheese and one extra chicken pizza with alfredo sauce. Got both pizzas and the one had zero chicken. No explanation and no answer when I called. I understand jobs get busy, but this isn't difficult to get right.

There was a curly red headed freakish looking man that delivered my pizza. I found multiples hairs in my pizza, they arguably looked like pubes. I’ve very dissatisfied with my expirence

The drivers have no regard to public safety driving down residential streets going 40, cutting people off. Then at the store I came in around midnight and nobody was in the store contemplating whether to walk behind the counter to get my meal I placed. Finally an employee came around smelling like marijuana. I understand it’s legal but to use during work hours is just as illegal as drinking on the job. I would call but the owner and managers do nothing about discipline. Big reason why their business runs the way it does. Corporate if you’re reading this please email me. I’d like to speak with you on these illegal activities done at Bemidji location in Minnesota

Despite my hesitation to do so I placed my order online to get the special price of $6.99 for a large two topping pizza. The website was easy to navigate and few unnecessary interruptions trying to sell me what I didn't want. I also appreciated getting the text letting me know when the order was in the oven and how long before it was ready. I live quite close to the store location. There was a short 5 minute wait to pay and get my pizza because the two employees were both busy when I arrived. My friend and I were well satisfied with the pizza which was still hot when I arrived home. Typically I do not select Domino's for my pizza choice but that will not be the case anymore. The special price was a great added bonus to how great it tasted. Thank you.

Why is domino's going so Well, now they have a policy, if you planning on pain with cash.The minimum is fifty dollars but If you have the exact amount for your order if it's overs $50 there.Want you to reduce instead of getting your Whole order Otherwise they want you to pay with a card. But if you don't have a hard, how are you to be able to get food if they're wanting you to reduce the price for something you have the money for even if it's Uber $50, it shouldn't matter if you have the money and planning on tipping the driver. That's all that should matter. But they're saying that it's the store policy that it has to be $50 are less To pay with cash fort to be delivered
