The drive through clearance sign that says 10’ is actually less than 8’ 6” because it clobbered the top of my van. I’m at a loss for how someone screws that up so badly.

We spend about $40 on our group’s afternoon snack. The service was honestly awful. The cashier didn’t greet us, wasn’t able to keep track of what we ordered (had to ask us 6 separate times to repeat the entire order), and didn’t seem to care at all that she was inconveniencing us. We waited 10-15 minutes for the workers to make our sandwiches AND they had asked us what sandwiches we ordered AFTER paying 4 times. The floors desperately needed to be mopped and the restroom was disgusting. Three young girls were working without a manager and they all stood around doing nothing but making themselves personal drinks. They made me two ice coffees instead of one, and yanked the “wrong one” out of my hand when they noticed the problem. They forgot our donuts and we had to specifically ask them for them after being in the store for 25 minutes. There was no one in the drive through or in the restaurant so there is no excuse for this service. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

We were in Bemidji the morning after high winds took out a number of building and trees all over town.
Brent opened the doors and delighted folks by handing out free donuts and ice cream. Chances are good this is the key thing my kids will remember about this bizarre day.

Ordered ice cream cones. Smallest cone and scoop I’ve ever seen. Should have taken a picture. Asked them to dip in chocolate. They dipped the top 1/2” of the cone. Up charge was 2.29. Total for the cone over $8.50. Maybe 3 bites of ice cream. Total ripoff. Will never go back.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. I’m really disappointed. Idk what happened but Nothing has been cleaned, the ice cream display was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Honestly, the cleanliness has gone straight to hell. My boyfriend and I didn’t even bother ordering. Even behind the counters were just as messy. Wasn’t worth the risk of ordering.

Ordered with no one in line behind me and could hear them talking crap through the microphone, ordered a 1 scoop sugar cone and 2 creature creations, got 3 small cups for over $15 had to go back in for the cone and still gave me the wrong cone, hairs on the ice cream. They are out of almost everything on the menu everytime I take my kids for ice cream, why’s it on the menu if they don’t carry it and it’s single scoop ice cream people why do I have to go back inside every time when there’s barely any other customers there.
Typical Dunkin location. Nothing too crazy going on. But they need to do a better job of keeping the dining area clean. There’s often napkins/flyers/wrappers laying around, and the counter is disheveled. A couple times when I’ve gone inside, there’s young girls working there that are playing around instead of helping customers or cleaning. It’s fine when no one is around, but when customers show up, at least pretend to be doing your job.
