Whoever said that they were closed tonight, thanks for being rude in front of my children. We just wanted hot chocolate after a cold walk through the lights. Disrespectful and could have been nicer - we were just asking if yous were open. Rude rude rude! Should not work in a place you have to deal w people if you’re going to be that way. Would not recommend!!!!

Disappointed. Coffee, Bavarian cream, custard and vanilla cream was my order. I couldn't wait to bite into them and enjoy that cream in the middle. WHAT A JOKE. One had nothing inside one of the donuts. And the other two had MAYBE....a teaspoon of filling. Biting on a donut looking for that creamy filling with each bite. BEYOND disappointed! I will not do that again.

Have had extremely rude and disrespectful service from worker Kaylee and other workers on numerous occasions. Orders have been wrong and they blame the customer when the order is not correct. Coffee is horrible, our family and friends will never do business here again. We will also continue to urge others to not conduct business with this establishment.

The donuts are okay, if they ever have them available. It seems like that are always out of anything you want. Good luck if someone is in front of you at the drive thru, you will be waiting for them to get their order before you can leave. I waited almost 10 minutes after I received my order before I could leave.

I don't really like the doughnuts, the ice cream, or the non-coffee drinks. Others do though, because the place is usually busy.
I do enjoy the breakfast options, and the grilled cheese sandwich with extra cheddar.
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese sandwich, Avocado toast, hashbrowns, and various egg sandwiches.
Parking: Small lot, but usually space.
2 handicap spots and wheelchair friendly curb.
Kid-friendliness: Ice cream shop atmosphere, great for families and teens.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or curb, but skinny double doors... someone in a wheel chair would probably need help getting through the doors.

i came into dunkin last night and noticed they had my favorite flavor, white chocolate, back in. I came back in this morning to get a latte before a long trip. I tried to order it at the drive thru speaker and was told they don’t have. i mentioned that i had gotten it the night before and was met with “ummm, well” then silence. i waited a couple seconds and then just told them to make it with vanilla. I got to the window and the man cashing me out opened the window and stared at me. I told him i have tap pay and he said okay. After paying, i was handed my latte and then had the window shut in my face as i was asking for my receipt. his name is Brent. i used to work here and haven’t had this bad of service. he used to preach to us about giving the best service you can and i was met with this today. practice what you preach.

Dunkin is always a great treat. The drinks and donuts are awesome. This location however always has poor service when I have been there. Takes a long time to acknowledge you, and you feel like an inconvenience.

Good experience other than having to wait longer than I expected for a short line. I suspect the drive- thru was draining the staff. Nice staffer that served us though.
I love Dunkin. I go several times a week thru drive thru for lunch. Everyone is very nice. The food lately tho has been hit and miss. Esp the bagel minis. I’ve gotten cold ones :/ some of the foot that’s suppose to be hot has been given to me cold.
