Just called and the person at Duncan donuts apparently not concerned with my complaint. Did not receive what I ordered and was greatly overcharged for small slice of pumpkin loaf. Was misleading in details on menu. Really should put more effort into your customers.

Terrible service and extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for my drink and munchkins before pulling back around to ask about my order, I was then blatantly ignored for another 5 minutes before I gave up and left.
Will never go here again and would recommend people go anywhere else. Even McDonalds has better service than this.

I’ve been going to Dunkin Donuts in Bemidji for the past several years. Every time I’ve been there the service has been great and their food was always fresh. Their breakfast specials have always been a good value including a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and coffee ( of course I have to add a French Cruller to my order!)

Love their drinks but very disappointed in service - hours state online they are open until 10pm, pulled into the drive thru at 9:10pm as there were 2 cars parked in front. No answer from the drive thru so pulled back to the front; doors locked, and two workers walked out and got into their cars without saying anything/no note saying they were closing early etc … super disappointing!
I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson on the 26th of october. I filled out all the info and said I would pick it up on the 31st. Got their on the 31st and no cake. The man who must have been the manager got loud with me when I told him I was their for the cake and told me they haven't had a decorater for 6 days. I now have to find somewhere else to get a cake, not custom like I ordered, no time left. A call would have been nice

If you are looking for more coffee flavor and less sugar flavor then I highly recommend Dunkin. The staff is friendly and patient, and WOW are the doughnuts good!! I am not a huge fan of heavy sugar flavors in my coffee, but paired with their doughnuts (that have a lot of sugar) they even each other out. And if you're like me and don't like a lot of sugar but have a sweet tooth. Then 1/2 a doughnut will go a long way.

I drove back to my city… that’s why I ordered without ice, since my wife was eager to try it and I ordered a large ice coffee without ice specifically for her, as she wouldn't be able to drink it immediately and this is the amount they provided.

Said it was open till 10 we were there at 830 and lobby was locked. I was pulling a trailer and couldnt fit in the drive up so we walked to the window and the worker was happy to help us
