Food is expensive for what it is. Ordered one cold sandwich and two hot Philly sandwiches. Both Philly sandwiches were ice cold. Didn’t know until we drive away and didn’t have time to return for replacement.

Freezing cold inside. The food is way overpriced for what you get. I wanted lemonade with my meal, but it tasted like done kind of cleaning solution. Mentioned it to a staff member. He tasted it and said it tastes fine. Ugh! Will never go back.

So scooping out the bread 'guts' to make room for sandwich ingredients was fine but now, 2025 Bemidji's E&G's have fallen off. I suspect it's a training issue, but they are pulling WAY to much bread out of the sandwiches, The tops of the sandwiches get SOGGY and pretty much ruin it. I used to love the idea of ordering there, but now I fear I'll just get a soggy top sandwich.

Got a little crazy after a dentist visit the other day and ordered a Northern Philly Cheesesteak. It was a lump of hot meat, mayo and mustard, and it was very disappointing. So, I thought "No worries, I've got the chicken and wild rice!" and popped that good 'ole cup open and took one bite and had to throw it all away. Had a faint taste of plastic and...? Not sure, but the soup was somehow worse than the sandwich. I'm sad, I like the location and workers seem nice, Flash is always decent but probably won't be ordering again anytime soon.
We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!

I had a horrible experience recently. I came at lunch time and waiting patiently in line for my turn. However, it took over 20 minutes to get my food and 4 people who ordered after me got their food first. I ordered one sandwich and soup, seeing no reason why others would get their food first. I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed by their service.
