We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!

I had a horrible experience recently. I came at lunch time and waiting patiently in line for my turn. However, it took over 20 minutes to get my food and 4 people who ordered after me got their food first. I ordered one sandwich and soup, seeing no reason why others would get their food first. I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed by their service.

Ordered food through their App and never received it. I called the store directly and they reasurred me I'd be refunded. Much like their food, I never received my refund. Would love to rate the food, but the overwhelming lack of service, much less truthful customer service, is extremely disappointing. They obviously needed that $20 more than me ?♀️.

Sad that you guys pocketed the $10 door dash tip last Wednesday night. I not only heard you say it was his tip, I saw the girl pocket it. I'll never do business with theives.

Just don't eat here not worth the cost. Ordered wild rice soup for broccoli cheddar. Ordered cheese steak and not even sure if there is meat in it. Be warned.

This was quite awhile ago but my friends and I came here to grab supper one evening. Ordered and everything and received the food. Realized that as we were walking out that they closed one minute after we walked in. (We thought they were open another hour). I rushed back and tried to tip the worker were doing that right before close and found out she was the owner and she wouldn't accept the tip and said it was no problem. Incredibly nice and professional. Never once mentioned they were closing and the food was still wonderful! A++
