Stopped in June 14th and had the trio, the brisket was dried out and very tough and the ribs were old and just mush. Service however was good.

Solid BBQ restaurant. I had the smoked pork nachos. They were terrific. The pork wasn't shredded very well, so they were a little challenging to eat, but they tasted excellent. They only offer two bbq sauces, which was a little surprising as I'm used to restaurants with 6 or more options to try.

I ordered the Big Momma last night. Wife and I really enjoyed it. I remember when I was little seeing Fozzy smash pop cans over his head. That was impressive. I am even more impressed with his barbecue. Best in town by far!
The Pineapple Express cocktail was tasty, but the old fashion glass was almost completely filled with ice. For me, not a $10 serving. The pork taco and ribs were only okay. I used a dipping sauce to make the brisket moister. Irving was really wrong about the meal, but it was definitely nothing special.

Got a big momma to go. Here's everything that went wrong in my short interaction with this small business. -Call ahead to get the price in cash and the lady tries to charge me the credit card price when I get there -When I arrived and was waiting to pay and pick up my food, she was having a long conversation cause some old guy was complementing her -After the guy left, she picks up the phone and takes another to go order despite me waiting there for six minutes -she didn't give me change for the cash order because she was upset when I tried to ask for the cash price. I would've tipped but I was held hostage and forced to technically that's illegal but I don't give a damn about $.50. -Mac & cheese didn't have cheese on it; essentially buttered noodles -Cornbread was powdery -Texas toast wasn't buttered, the only butter they threw in there was cinnamon butter for the cornbread and they put it in the same basket with onions and pickles so your cornbread taste like onions and pickles -Sausage taste like it was frozen and reheated 10 times -Ordered onion rings and got soggy sweet potato fries instead
What they got right? They do give you enough sauce Some of the meat was actually decent 3.5/5 for Minnesota barbecue. In the south you'd probably get shot if you serve this for this price, but it's comparable to like southern gas station barbecue.
Since Google asks for atmosphere, it's a small bar that people who go to bars like. I don't, that's why I ordered takeout so I could give them 5/5 stars for that
I hope your business does well. You really need to hire staff that isn't just there to flirt for tips

What a fun place. You better be hungry when you walk in, the smell will instantly make you feel like you haven't eaten in days and you need to have it all. The service was fun. The food was PLENTY and super filling. Our server, Lincoln, helped make my nieces 21st birthday extra special - so he definitely needs a shout out! Try the burgers.. I know.. I know.. it's a BBQ place. I'm SORRY.. read my profile people, I love burgers.
