I went to the pizza buffet which is ( I think 11 am - 2 pm ). The food is great. Must have over 15/20 type of pizza, huge salad bar, American food like spaghetti, mini corn dogs, Mac and cheese and more. Plus ice cream. This is all on the buffet. You get more selection than at pizza ranch and it cost less. I forgot....the service is great!!!

This is simple THE BEST PIZZA anywhere!!! I moved to St Cloud, MN years ago and whenever I am in Bemidji again, this is my go to place! I will buy a pizza and family order of breadsticks, drive all the way home where my daughter from St Paul is waiting, and we eat Gio's as soon as I arrive. NOTHING BETTER! ?❤️

The pizza was the only thing we enjoyed. The hot and spicy chicken wing were lukewarm and had no spice to them, the sauce they were coated in was almost gel like, either too much starch or microwaved for too long, they were very obviously defrosted and heated up in a microwave, definitely not worth $5.50 for 4 pieces, considering that's how much a bag of similar quality chicken costs. The salad bar can be barely called a salad bar considering less than half of options are vegetables and only 4 of them are fresh, canned chopped tomatoes wilted cucumbers and a salad mix you get from a store, again not worth the price. We ordered ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces for our chicken and we got sachets of salad dressing, not even in a container, just a packet of salad dressing, that's where I lost hope for the place, at least make it presentable. This was painful to experience as a Chef. In my opinion, should have either bigger portions, cooked and not microwaved food or cheaper prices. At least the service was good .
The best pizza I've had in my life. Went here as a kid for decades and the quality and taste is still the same. moved Washington and then to San Francisco and nothing even comes close. Everytime I come back to visit Bemidji I -have- to go Giovanni's

They did an awesome job with my large family on graduation weekend. The servers were polite, considerate, and helpful. The food was abundant and delicious. Definitely would return!
I ordered a medium one topping (mushroom) pizza to go and when I opened the to go box I thought a mistake had been made. I saw no mushrooms. I picked through the cheese and saw what seemed to be bits of mushrooms. A mushroom pizza should look like a a pizza with mushrooms! The bottom was not as well baked and so it was gooey. Not impressed!
