The shift lead literally just served me an entire 20 dollar meal that was cold when I went to eat inside. Idk who runs this bemidji establishment but holy you guys need to do some work. Absolutely trash now and this isn't the first time this happened. Burger was so damn cold it didn't even melt my cheese. To be able to serve a burger in 30 seconds goes to show how much the owner puts into his establishment.

I drive truck and sometimes I am running tight on time to making it before breakfast ends. I can call and she will have it waiting for me when I get there and it has been write at 10:30am. I am very thankful they can work with me.

Ordered the 5pc spicy tender meal which came out to be 6 tiny-seasoned boneless pieces of chicken that were dry. Looked nothing like the menu picture. The prices are too high at Hardees for low quality food and service.

Staff is friendly and well kept for a Hardee's! Tables and floors are kept clean and bathrooms are really nice as well.
Definitely stop by as this location is very well kept.
Plenty of seating inside as well.
I'll definitely make this a stop for lunch occasionally when I'm in the area.

Fries were cold soda is watered down the burgers are never that hot and everything always looks filthy dirty who would want to eat at a place like that and pay the same price as sit down resteraunt

Went through recently and the food isn’t the same, the burgers were cold, fries were old, and the soda tastes like well water mixed with sugar. To top it off the employees have poor customer service and the managers are rude. Tried to speak with GM but she refused to speak to me. Over all I will not be returning to this establishment and will be telling friends and family about my poor experience so they will stop going here too
