This location helped us out two days in a row, and we couldn’t recommend them more. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and the food was fresh and well prepared.
We needed a 12-pack of sandwiches as a snack for our boys’ hockey team staying just down the row due to challenging game times, and they came through for us. If you’re placing a larger order, I’d recommend giving them a heads-up a day in advance so they have time to prepare everything, well worth it.

Always friendly staff, always fresh everything and they seem to get along and enjoy what they’re doing! I’ve been there several times in the recent months and I’m never disappointed! I notice good leadership and teamwork every time I’m there and my sandwich is stuffed with goodness every time. Highly recommend!

Great service from the management during a mistake we caused.. Our company tried to place an order to willmar store for pick-up and accidentally ordered to this store by mistake. The manager was super helpful in clearing up our mess-up. Very professional customer service and helping a customer out in a bad situation. I am not local but would recommend this store due to the above and beyond service that was provided.

Went to drive up, 2 vehicles in front of us. Waited patiently for approximately 10-12 minutes before we could even pull up to order. Once we moved up, the male announced to us that it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait to get our food. My husband asked “Why”, his response was “Order when ready” and said nothing else. That would have put us at about 20 minutes for Freaky Fast food…no thanks!

Bemidji location. They smashed my sandwich while wrapping it up. Then proceeded to leave it on the counter while standing waiting for another one to be made. I unwrapped it and it looks unappetizing. Also tastes bland. No urgency from staff whatsoever. I did not like this Jimmy John’s and will not be going back to that location. Not satisfied. Need new staff!

Ordered online showed up workers were drugged out hant even started on there only order came back 10 minutes later to just bread on the counter 15 minutes more of waiting inside workers should be fired
Holy moly they're slow as hell at this location. We waited around 10-15 min after paying for our food to receive our food. Service has definitely gone off the rails. Spend your money at subway or another shop in town. Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast.

Last 2 workers closing shop were able to provide services of toasting up an order after they had cooled down the toaster. We assured them the wait was fine, and they were able to provide their best service at the end of the shift.
