I ordered online with a little trouble so downloaded the app. I put the same order in and then asked to have it picked up 45 minutes later. When my husband got there 10 min early it was already sitting waiting for him. He didn't check the bag and didn't notice the two small coleslaws and small fries. I originally had put in for the two large coleslaw and large fries. So not only was our order cold from being ready too long but there wasn't enough food for all of us. I did go back and saw the order had changed to the small size between the website and app. But one of the small coleslaw containers wasn't even full. So it was a very disappointing meal after all of the hassle.

Everything was just tossed in the bag, fries upside down. They forgot a biscuit and we got 1 gravy when 4 were ordered. Went back in to get the biscuit and gravy and they were rude like it was my fault. Left and headed out of town and realized the potato poppers I ordered were actually pickle.poppers. after the rude service I wasn't going to even bother going back. Very disappointed.

Do not order from the email for the free bucket as your not getting it free. So went in and ordered and paid full price. I ordered 2 mash potatoes and only recieved one. I told someone behind the counter and they brought me another. Then the girl who handed me my first bag said I all ready had my mash potatoes and I told her I ordered 2 and she got upset. She yelled you only order 1 then so.eone that was waiting said to her that was rude and she yelled back and he said to her maybe she ordered 2 but the cashier didn't hear her, I told her I will grab my money and brought it to her and she gave it to me for free. Thank you for who ever it was that stuck up for me. Hope we run into each other sometime so I can say thank you.

Wrong order did not give us silverware for our bowls or fries with our 4 piece tenders no drinks asked for an extra biscuit and was not received. Worker indifferent and kinda lazy also when confronted about their mistake worker got rude and was rude to elderly as I was leaving usually don’t care abt that stuff but staff was disrespectful and rude.

The 10 piece bucket deal for 32.00 was so great. The chicken was so yummy and the sides. Thank you Bemidji KFC for a great supper.:) 10/10
Went in to grab quick dinner and use the bathroom…bathroom door had blood drops on it. Then went up to the counter to order and a girl came up and stood there staring at us for a minute while we were ordering then she took her AirPod out of her ear which was covered by her hair…that was not tied back and we had to repeat our order. Then walked away and we saw she was wearing pajamas. While we waited for our food and got our drinks we saw the drink counter covered in spilled drinks and who knows what else with a receipt stuck onto the counter. We then got our food with no utensils.

I was just there....I ordered a 3 piece breast and wing with mashed potatoes without Gravy and had to wait a 1/2 hour and couldn't wait any longer. I told them that I would like my money back and the guy that took my order said that he could get the order ready right away. There was another customer that ordered right after me and the guy that was helping me told me that my order was taken off of the screen! Wait!!! WHAT??? When I got home to eat the chicken, it was so dry that I almost choked! I will NEVER order anything here ever again!! So dissatisfied! I'm only leaving one star because I couldn't post this review unless I left one star!
