I lived in Bemidji for 17 years before relocating out of state 5 years ago. Today, my husband and I were driving from Iowa to Canada, and I realized that we’d be driving past Lazy Jack’s on the way. I’m thrilled to report that the Fried Cheesy Pickles and Steak Tips (medium rare) are still as great as they were 5 years ago, the bloody Mary’s are still yummy, and the service is still prompt and friendly.
This is NOT your typical bar with typical bar food! The meat is fresh. The Whiskey Burger is one of the best I have ever enjoyed. Do not forget the fried pickles.
Kid-friendliness: My 2 - and 4 year olds also live the menu and the food choices.

It cost way too much money for what you get.
Before COVID you got a decent California burger with a huge amount of fries...not anymore and it's expensive. We been there twice since COVID and we just can't afford it being on SS.
