i get the same thing every time i go, and every time i'm given the exact opposite. i always order a bacon quarter pounder, no pickle/mustard/ketchup. i pay extra specifically for the bacon. and just about every time, without fail, i get a plain quarter pounder (no bacon), with no onion and tons of ketchup, mustard, and pickles. just about every time. support does nothing no matter how many emails etc i send. i know its just mcdonald's but when this has happened 5, 10 times, it gets really old.

slowest mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. sat in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for my food. cars would wait for 10-20 minutes to order then would eventually just leave because of how ridiculously long it takes.

Every time I eat in the dining room, it's so dirty. This location used to be reliable. But it's like they forgot how to clean after the pandemic. Tables are streaky or just straight up covered in crumbs, same with the seating and floors.

I love to indulge in an egg McMuffin and hash browns. It's always a great breakfast. Their floor is always greasey. I've mentioned this to both the management and when I've filled out their surveys. I don't know if their mop needs to be cleaned or if it's the cleaner they use, but it's slippery. I know the floor is cleaned regularly, but don’t know why it is still slippery.

Very friendly staff, however, this place needs a thorough cleaning!! The women’s bathroom was disgusting-there was stubble and hair in the sink like someone had shaved in there! The floors dirty with a slippery soapy film.
