Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had staff was when explaining my orders didn’t say anything just closed the window ordered two McDouble they had no ketchup or mustard on them my mcchicken was soggy nowhere near enough cooked and there is a parked truck in one of the drive thru blocking the kiosk off

How in the world do you manage to mess up 2 hamburgers. Both came with cheese, almost no ketchup or mustard, and one pickle each. The amount of times I've seen this here it's ridiculous especially for how overpriced it is. Not to mention they came barely warm.

I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Bemidji. I used curbside delivery with a mobile order and still waited over 10 minutes for a single McChicken sandwich. When it was finally brought out, the staff member looked irritated and clearly didn’t want to be there. The sandwich itself had a smashed bun and just looked thrown together, like no one cared at all.
The prices have gone up over the years, but the quality hasn’t. There’s no real dollar menu anymore it’s just overpriced items and “deals” that only give you a discount if you buy two. Bring back actual dollar menu items that cost a dollar.
The one positive is that they have public restrooms, which is useful if you’re just passing through. But honestly, unless you need a bathroom break, I’d skip this location. The service is bad, the food is overpriced, and the experience doesn’t reflect what McDonald’s used to be.

I ordered 2 snack wraps they come cold . I asked for new ones since they were cold . They give me new ones they were also cold . I went back to the counter for the third time and the manager Jason just handed me 2 chicken strips to put in the snack wraps.

Did not take our order at the drive thru then took someone else order, we went to Burger King
A friend and I made two separate orders for drive through pick up. I ordered two five dollar meal deals online. One of them was with the mcdouble and the other with mcchicken. We were repeatedly being told they didn’t have what we ordered; I had proof of my online receipt. We eventually recieved an order. They gave us a coke instead of a sweet tea, none of the nuggets that belong in the meals, no sauces, and they forgot items from my friends meal too. I understand it is a busy holiday, but I should receive all of the items I paid for. I haven’t had any issues before, so I don’t know went on tonight.

Ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins one in a meal and one extra. Was there at 7am this morning 6/8/25. Waited for 10+ minutes in drive thru. The food was disgusting, the English muffins were so rubbery like they warmed it all in the microwave. Yesterday's left overs. Almost 17 dollars throwing in the garbage.. Never ever again will I even think about eating at McDonald's!!!

They don't listen to your orders , big difference from apple slices from fries happy meal , when receiving the food the employee didn't not say a word when handing us , just looked at me and nodded , that's it . What ever happened to saying welcome to McDonald's and thank you come back again. Very disappointed . That's why I don't give them my business very often.
